Very clean, lots of space for parking around the area. Everyone working on the hotel very kind and serviceminded. Ok location. Rooms were very loud however and beds rock hard, might as well be sleeping on the floor. Could have returned if it wasn’t for the beds unfortunately.
It’s okay It’s a nice resort. They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded . Pool is not clean at all. The food in the buffet is not good. Staff are nice and kind. Rooms are old but clean. Beds were uncomfortable ( for us ). Shows and all the entertainments at night were AMAZING.
Nothing more, nothing less! Overall a perfectly okay hotel. Cozy surroundings with low houses and nice green areas. The standard of the rooms was okay but no more. The air conditioning didn't work well in the bedroom which meant I slept poorly for seven nights. It was way too hot and it was very noisy. Cleaning was normal but not done daily. Pool towels had to be rented. We only had breakfast and only...
Nice place for families with kids Great place for families , clean and lots of pool areas. Close to the sea. Easy access and food was good. Somewhat noisy in the buffee area but it was ok after all.
A Second Home – Thanks to the Staff ❤️ We’ve spent our summers at SeaClub Alcudia Mediterranean Resort for over twelve years – and that alone probably says a lot. But what truly makes this hotel so special isn’t just the beautiful surroundings, the lush gardens, or the short walk to the beach. It’s the people. The staff. From the moment you step through the gates, you’re met with warmth, recognition...

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the reception – a big thank you to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to explain all the facilities available in the hotel, which we really appreciated. In the restaurant, the staff was also very kind and attentive. I would especially...
Enjoyed the holiday, staff very nice.Room as expected, quiet as requested.End of corridor near lift loved it.
Lovely hotel and staff. Situated in a great spot right on the beach, rooms immaculate and included safe and aircon in price
A lovely week at a great hotel, bedroom very comfortable with a balcony a partial sea view, Restaurant always something different every day and of a good standard. All inclusive good a bottle of wine or glass which ever you want. Location good straight on the sandy beach. Only 2 little niggles goodness not always very hot but there are microwaves available and no tea/ coffee facilities in the bedroom...
The Best Roquetas hotel was the perfect holiday destination for our multi generational family. The hotel itself is very clean and is situated directly on the beautiful beach and alongside the promenade amongst some lovely restaurants and bars. A very quiet area. The large pool area is good for both adults and children and includes 2 small water slides, giant chess and crazy golf. The food was varied...
Great location right on the beach, nice big clean room and very comfortable beds, bit dated and could do with a refresh. Kitchen with no kettle, although it states tea and coffee making facilities in the description. Complimentary soft drinks in fridge but no bottle opener! food was ok most days but 1 evening and nearly every lunchtime we couldn’t find anything we liked so ate out. Drinks are good...

The room wasn’t very big, but that’s fine — it wasn’t bad overall. However, the amount of dust was a total disaster. When we arrived, there were long black hairs on the bed, clearly from someone who had made it, and that’s just not acceptable, especially on white sheets. There was dust everywhere, really everywhere — something I’ve never experienced in a hotel of this level. The staff and valet parking...
We’re so excited about the upcoming changes and new name! But what truly makes this place so special are the people who work there. They’re the heart and soul that make every holiday unforgettable. A special mention to Juan and Nicole and the whole team at the beach cabanas working tirelessly under the sun, always with a smile. I had the absolute best experience staying at the Hard Rock for my solo vacation in Ibiza, and I could not be happier with choosing this hotel for my stay. Perfect location, amazing amenities, the room was absolutely perfect, and best of all, the service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the VIP team took such amazing care of me. Sami, I want to personally thank you for such amazing hospitality...
Cant knock overall experience but hard rock service could be improved. Minimal staff poolside or at all bars, no urgency and rather slow considering hard rock sells itself as 5star. Rooms good size, clean and well equipped. Club club room location perfect for access to pool and amazing spot to party at Fridays awesome free 80/90’s party🥳
Another unforgettable Hard rock experience! We returned following a brief visit in June for 9 days and can honestly say it keeps getting better! We booked the swim up sweet and WOW. The room was pure luxury as always and the staff made our stay. When you stay here, nothing is too much to ask and the service is second to none. This is no way a four star hotel, it’s a three star at best, day one we had a problem with ants and that didn’t go away for our entire stay despite them telling us they had sprayed our room and sorted it out. We asked for a kettle and they wanted to charge us £20 also had problems with loss of hot water, breakfast was ok but just ok with everything eatable, best thing about this hotel by far was its...
We were there during challenge Peguera. End of season yet the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were nice, and the fridge is a great bonus! The breakfast was also really good. We were a group of 8 so seating together was a challenge, but we manager. The biggest issue was waiting for the elevator! The hotel seriously needs to do something about the extremly long wait for these. A smaller...
I was disappointed with the quality of the room, I would not rate this as four star accommodation. Secondly the room had twin beds not a double and the mattress was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a lot of pain and was not able to sleep well this left me feeling like a cripple for the entire stay. The rooms were clean and staff friendly but the food was very good but catered for the Germans who...
My experience was extremely nice and comfortable. All services are arranged in a perfect way. Location is perfect and stunning. Variety of food and activities. Food was aimed more for German clients. The food in the cafe needs to be of a better standard, stale old chips that were like warm, the burgers were dry and cold, really needs to be of a better quality for an all inclusive snack bar. Good experience. Enjoyed breakfast very much. Beach was nice. Service was not great. The staff were not friendly. Expected a nicer room and better service for the price, but still enjoyed the experience.
Hotel was lovely but the staff were not. A simple solution could have been reached about a passport on check in as I had a copy and was checked in at another hotel who had it on file. Instead they insisted I go back for it which took 2 hours £150 in taxis and I missed the start of the event! I suggested phoning the other hotel, gave them my photo copy but no my friend had her copy with her too so such...
Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day. Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful
This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.
Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All The staff was super polite and helpful. The AC in our room did not function as it should and the sofa did not appear to be cleaned properly. Having a view of the party was pretty cool. Next time we will try staying at the the unexpected
Marvelously.the room was perfectly clean.near to the parties,. The staff super friendly (mister Andrea at reception for example )super kind and competent. Okay, this hotel is perfectly located with, depending on room allocated, great views of the beach and Peniscola Castle. If you want a ‘Full Board’ option with music and entertainment from morning to midnight (break during Siesta) then this is the hotel for you. The facilities are awesome. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The service depends greatly of who you are dealing with. Some employees need a little of an attitude adjustment. Lovely hotel, but not a 5 star from my experience. The hotel is clean, spacious and relatively quiet as it seems to be mainly for older couples, hence the awful evening entertainment. We're in our mid fifties but both felt very young in comparison to the other guests. Breakfast is very good and plentiful with loads of choice. We ate out every night and found our own entertainment as 4 guys singing...
Amazing stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje. Location and staff were superb. Our 3 year old daughter was treated like a VIP and staff are very highly trained. Just we could not fault a single thing. Just returned from a 5 night stay. We absolutely loved this hotel and will return. Its so so clean, house keeping are fantastic. It was Jan so pools not really warm but we didn't expect them to be hot, the one with the bridge is heated as you compare it to the other pool and it's warmer, the splash play and slide areas are also heated-my children played in there all day and didn't complain, admittedly...
Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and, supermarkets and just a short walk from the Beach *****. Loved my stay here.
Food was very boring . Done with no professionalism. No taste, every day the same menu. Pool is very nice a lot of lounges. Very clean property. They should change pillows and bedding. House keeping was great. They are closing hotel by the end of this month for renovation. I hope they will change certain things. Over all property is very conviniently located.

Lovely hotel, was late checking in and missed the evening meal, went to the room to find a packed lunch and a bottle of bubbly to welcome us. Food was amazing always plenty of choice and warm
Service from everyone was fantastic. The choices and quality of food was exceptional.
The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.

Seville, Luis de Morales, 2 🧭 Map
The only plus is good location. Drinking water only 2 small bottles free on 1st night. You have to buy if u want more. Late check out even for 30 minutes is not allowed.
Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.
The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.
The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.
The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.
Seville is known as the 'City of Oranges,' and the scenery is lovely. Even though the railway has been a bit unreliable lately, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the train station. It's a highly recommended hotel, really great!

Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. Badly explained that the safe is payable at 4 euros/day, and that the 3 drinks included in the meal are removed. Booked a two-bedroom suite, but it was just a connecting room. It's a standard five-star hotel, but nothing really stood out.
The room was very clean, and the hotel arranged for an early check-in, which I really appreciate! 👍

The building gets older. And breakfast was simple and relatively low quality.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me
Convenient location and excellent service.
What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. A huge thank you again for their assistance!
Nice space, but the staff makes a lot of noise every morning when they go to clean the rooms.
We stayed in Madrid for one night as a layover for our connecting flight to Porto. As we arrived quite early in Madrid, around 11 AM, and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we decided to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel. To our pleasant surprise, we were immediately assigned our rooms (two, in fact), which was a huge help for us to rest. This was excellent. The hotel is well-located, relatively...

Clean room, friendly staff, great location
smiling and service-minded employees, clean everywhere, beautiful view, good pool areas
Pros: Staff do their best to accommodate your stay and work through any issues. Decent amount of food selection for those without dietary restrictions. Shuttle to the beach although the schedule is limited. Most of the food is pretty good actually, although variety doesn’t change too much day to day. Hotel views are great. Lots of pool options (although water could be warmer so we did not swim). Location...
Lovely stay at Riu Vistamar. We loved the effort the made with Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. 1.5l bottles of water available as well which made things much easier. The Hotel offered a free bus service to the beach and back and did this throughout the day. Downside was the elevators. There were only 3 on our side of the hotel, and we felt we used...
We stay at this hotel, at least once a year with or without family. The staff are warm friendly people, who cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard, each has it's own private balcony, to relax on. The restaurants cater for all dietary requirements and offer various cuisines, all cooked to a high standard and very tasty. The restaurant...
What a beautiful hotel this was, I recently stayed with my 2 children and would definitely return. The hotel staff was very friendly, location was beautiful although get ready for the steps around the pool areas 😊 the food was always freshly cooked with a good choice and the sea view suite we had was stunning. The kids entertainment was just enough and couldnt be more grateful for the effort they put...

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult. 2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Only really very hot. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or...
Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price
Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter
Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.
It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.
Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.
