Very clean, lots of space for parking around the area. Everyone working on the hotel very kind and serviceminded. Ok location. Rooms were very loud however and beds rock hard, might as well be sleeping on the floor. Could have returned if it wasn’t for the beds unfortunately.

It’s okay It’s a nice resort. They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded . Pool is not clean at all. Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day. Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful

This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.

The only plus is good location. Drinking water only 2 small bottles free on 1st night. You have to buy if u want more. Late check out even for 30 minutes is not allowed.

Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.

The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.

The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.

The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.

We had a 17 night stay on an All Inclusive basis in a Privilege Room. We requested a room on the 6th floor and were allocated 613 which is right next to the Privilege Lounge and very convenient for access to the sun terrace. Don’t get carried caught with flies on you Excellent hotel resort. Lots to do. Mostly included in the price. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies. Don’t let them stay on you as they bite!!

I had booked another hotel in Mallorca, but there was a problem so I quickly booked this hotel instead. I booked with just 10 minutes' notice, but they were happy to accommodate! I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers. The room was clean, a musty scent when I first arrived, but that was all. The pools were nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. Pros: Staff do their best to accommodate your stay and work through any issues. Decent amount of food selection for those without dietary restrictions. Lovely stay at Riu Vistamar. We loved the effort the made with Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. 1.5l bottles of water available as well which made things much easier. We stay at this hotel, at least once a year with or without family. The staff are warm friendly people, who cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one. Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult. 2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Only really very hot. Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.
