This is a very good mid-priced hotel. Staff are very attentive and hotel as a whole is good. However on arrival was place in a basement room in a wing that was undergoing renovation. Priorities for us are entertaining a small child and feeding a coeliac (gluten free) adult and the hotel has been perfect. Everything is immaculate, it's incredible. Food quality and staff helpfulness

We had a fantastic vacation here, staying for a total of seven days. The children really enjoyed their time at the hotel and had a great experience throughout our stay. I’m not sure what to think about SB BCN Events. The hotel itself is fine — clean rooms and generally correct service — but there’s no minibar, which is surprising for a 4-star superior hotel. What’s more disappointing is that no one answered the phone for two days in a row. That doesn’t really match the level of service you’d expect from this category.

The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

The hotel is amazing and ideal for relaxing for a weekend.

Had a lovely stay unfortunately we were only there a few days, next time we will book for longer. Great location, lovely pool areas and very nice room.

Great location,clean,a little tired,could use modernisation

Service was perfect, cleaning was good. Checkin was fast. Breakfast is very disappointing, the Beach club palazza is also very bad food there. I got very sick from it. Location of palazza is good, for a thank you you can go there quietly but to eat I would not do it.

We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. Seeing and hearing the ocean from your bed felt like a paradise to us. Stayed in the hotel in September. Champagne on arrival. bags taken to room right away. Rooms can’t be faulted clean as you will get . Breakfast choice for all tastes including yes more champagne if you fancied it . Beach is in the door step . Pool are is excellent. Not a kid to be seen . peace and quiet everywhere. 11/10 . We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with. Breakfast were great, evening meals NOT so great.

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Breakfast was okay. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. Pizzas etc. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol.

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. The menu was a bit repedative, the TV in the room a bit hit and miss as was the WiFi connection.

Just returned from a long weekend break. Hotel is clean bright and airy, the staff all the way through the ranks are brilliant. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereal or full English breakfast. My room was on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. Great location for the ***** and beach, id definitely go back here full marks

Such a great hotel, very clean and great rooms, the shower is so powerful, lovely food and all staff are fantastic . Husband enjoyed the sky sports in room. Returning again!

Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given the area. Overall, great value for a fun stay.

I read a lot of previous reviews and people give 3 stars of 5,because the man have to wear trousers at dinner and it’s not allowed smoking,what do they expect from 5 stars hotel?
