Hotel Iris in L'Arenal

The room is okay.
They clean your room even if you didn’t ask them to.
They change your towels every day.
Breakfast is quite good.
Very near to everything like bus stop restaurants, pub, stores and just a walking distance away from the beach.

The only thing I didn’t like about the room is that I think the AC is making this loud sound every 5 mins or so.
I didn’t have a good sleep for 3 night because I am a light sleeper and every time it makes this sound it scares me and wakes me up. It was pretty annoying we tried turning off the AC but it still make this sound.

Another thing is that the sink is clogged.

Other than that everything is okay.

Relatively specious rooms. However, the hotel is in a quite noisy area and the amenities are limited

Hotel was good value for it's price. Staff spoke English and will help with taxi and other stuff if needed. Breakfast was ok and the coffee tasted very bad. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was also good.

We stayed at the Iris for 10 nights from 25 August . From arriving we were made to feel very welcome . The rooms are clean and well maintained and the breakfast had plenty of choice . Great location . Staff were all amazing , and very friendly. Good WiFi and air con in the rooms and no issues getting a sunbed . There were several groups of young adults staying and although they were lively on arrival (which I like ) we had no issues on a night with noise . They were all really respectful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again Thanks for making our stay a good one

Everything was great, the only things needs to be improved is the AC , they will fix it this year
