I would like to thank all the staff for their care when I stayed at this hotel when my husband was hospitalised in Santa Cruz from a cruise ship we had been on
It was a very worrying time to be by myself somewhere I didn’t know but the hotel was the perfect place for me to spend a week while my husband recovered
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor very good. The location was excellent overlooking the park. The area looked even better with the Christmas lights
Wonderful attention, treatment and service.
I really do think for the price we paid for the room, (which wasn't cheap for bed & breakfast) that we should have been provided with these facilities
We loved everything about the hotel apart from there not being a kettle and tea and coffee in our room

While it is on the beach with a pool, the hotel, itself, is not great. No extras like coffee, shampoo, hand lotion. And there is no AC so our 3rd floor room was very warm
It's comfortable, I managed to find a space easily despite deciding to go after lunch, and the pool is both clean and refreshing. The only thing I'd advise is that you need to be OK with high winds and sand
This is a surf spot, after all, and so comes with a lot of wind! The pool area shields you from most of it, but you'll still feel it and sand, as we all know, gets everywhere!
I'd definitely return to this hotel!
The location is perfect too, right on the beach where you're immediately on the promenade leading you into El Médano town and it's abundance of little shops and cafés
Lots of surf shops in the area with both surf gear and surf clothing brands. I mosty spent my time exploring and sitting on the beach watching the surfers (so cool!), but I used the pool for a couple of hours as well
- The hotel has a nice pool with sun beds and umbrellas set around it, however these are pretty much reserved by towels/bags of certain hotel guests who lay their towels at breakfast and then disappear, not returning until mid afternoon after their windsurf/kite sessions

The kitchen had everything we needed and Lidl is a 5 min walk up the hill. We did not use the pools as too cold and we had been warned by our trvel operator that they would no longer be heated in the winter
We mainly used the rooftop solarium to sunbathe when the weather allowed. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas but a strong unplesant smell from the drains. The bar by the rooftop pool was good and prices reasonable
Fab location, rooms and facilities very good. 2 pools, both really nice, roof terrace amazing when the sun was out. We did have a bit of rain, sangria helped on those days
Housekeeping did try to rectify it by putting 2 woollen blankets on top of the matress but it made very little difference and I have returned from my holiday more tired than when I went! The apartments are in a very residential area, there are lots of small family run restaurants in the streets around it, and a small amount of mainly outdoor bars
Our biggest issue was with disturbed nights sleep due to the mattress on our bed which was very hard/firm. After 2 nights of little sleep I asked reception if they could provide a mattress topper
The lady I spoke to was very rude, saying no one has complained before, and they don't have any. They clearly are aware of issues though as it is mentioned in other reviews

We stayed in a suite with a decent sized balcony overlooking the delightful pool which we couldn’t use as the weather was poor. The room was large, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and spacious seating area
I stayed three times recently and have stayed previously also. Comfortable beds, great showers and a nice pool area. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Definitely recommended
We spent four nights in this very good hotel located in a quiet up market residential area within 10 minutes walk from the centre
Good restaurants not far away, bus stops just along the road. There is a pool outside but we didn't have time to take a dip but it looked OK. Breakfast very comprehensive nice to see bottles of Cava available
Good location within one block of a fantastic city park which is well worth a stroll. Hotel rooms very clean, well serviced. All staff very helpful and friendly, particularly Kevin on reception
Unfortunately there was a mix up with the allocation of our room on arrival however this was resolved fairly quickly

Breakfast was super tasty, with a wide array of different foods, hot and cold and the cherry was eggs made your way with tasty bacon 👌
The front of house staff, be it as reception or at breakfast we’re always on hand to assist
An excellent relaxing stay, great rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was delightful. Comfy beds. Would recommend free parking at the harbour approx 800m away.
We stayed at DWO Nopal for a week as we explored Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz and Teide. It is clean, modern, stylish and san excellent experience. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient
From the people on the reception to the people on the top floor serving breakfast and all those in-between they were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was a joy to stay in.
We had the room cleaned again the following day as we thought it might have been rushed before we checked in. Would happily returns as overall, it was a pleasant experience
Free yoga class
Lovely & recently refurbished hotel in the town centre, short walk from bus station. Staff excellent & free yoga class a bonus

We did find certain guests annoying as they would play music on their phones without head phones. A notice by the pool asking guests NOT to do this would be very helpful, not everyone has the same taste in music
Location is right in the heart of Puerto De La Cruz. Shops, bars, restaurants and ATM’s on the doorstep. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a budget single room which was a more spacious than I was expecting
My new favourite place to stay in Tenerife North. Everything was absolutely perfect. I was a bit dubious after reading reviews but can happily say I’m glad I ignored them
Bed very comfortable, good shower, microwave, kettle, tv, mini fridge and nice sized wardrobe with extra bedding if needed. The room and hotels were very clean
Lovely rooftop swimming pools and numerous chill areas and tables. Great breakfast and lots to choose from. I liked it that much I’ve extended my stay another few while I do some remote work
Excellent breakfast 'selfservice' under the new regulations an extremely helpful Cuban guy filled your choice of foods and drinks. There was a full availability of food from continental to full English

The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful
Clean property. Nice staff. I got in late and tired due to flight delays. Staff was very nice, gave me free room upgrade. Easy to get to by car, park in the underground garage at Plaza de España, 2-3 minute walk.
However, if there was no festival, I don't think it would be a problem. Also, when I arrived in the evening, the parking lot was already full, so I parked in a nearby parking lot for a fee
Parking lots cannot be reserved, so if you want to park, it's better to check in early. Considering the location and cleanliness, I was very grateful to be able to stay at such a reasonable price!
The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife
I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options
This is a great place to stay .rooms are spotless and close to everywhere.2 minute walk to shop bars beach etc
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned every day ( not Sunday) Clean and has everything you need. Will stay here again.
Claire is on his pool by the office a reasonable selection of food and drink, and it is also open in the evening offering a set meal as a price that’s bearable if you don’t want to go out of the complex and explore the myriad of other restaurants that are available nearby
After 5 days seeing German children play with volleyball in the pool I thought the reviews must be wrong about pool strictness
Reserving a sun bed can be challenging – before 10 am each morning many regulars seem to reserve their piece of concrete with their towels for an hour previous to the sun beds being unlocked
Hotel location is great, however some staff are rude unhelpful. Asked where to pool was I was grunted at and the lady pointed to other side of the complex

Staircase steep and creaky! Garden rooms nice but one side of hotel on the shade and it’s more of a terrace than a garden as open but each have sunbeds, tables and chairs Pool area - nice sized pool, opens at 9am, loads of sunbeds with padded ones on far terrace
If you want to be nearer to the beach and main ***** then you need to choose the BEACH hotel not Beach Golf which appears to be a replica but located more centrally Rooms - we had a duplex which was enormous, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed upstairs with dressing area and big shower room and same downstairs with kitchen and decent sized balcony
Can hire pool towels and there is a shower room and luggage room - we couldn’t get late check out, don’t think many can but it’s 12pm so not too bad Liked hotel and room size fab but downside was room location - room’s reception block side are noisy - we were above the outside disco/dj area (277) and was next to the cleaners storage room
Level 3 has a few sun terraces too if you are not bothered being next to pool. Always spotless with grassed area. Pool bar area and restaurant - prices reasonable - 2 euro for small beer
30/8am and were so noisy shouting to each other and banging around then the trolleys going up and down the landings fast made a right noise so never got a lie in and woken up early by them every morning - would prefer black opposite but think the quieter areas are more shaded and either by road/golf course so few rooms that are too n sun and quieter Also allow groups - a dozen noisy young lads arrived...
Kitchen well stocked with ample facilities to self cater A little basic abs dated and a bit of maintenance needed particularly upstairs but cleaned most days and beds comfy

It’s the price you pay for being right in the thick of things. While the interior and fixtures are certainly out of date (it could use a facelift), the level of hygiene is frankly astonishing
Good hotel, great location right in the centre of town Don't take any notice of the negative reviews of this hotel. It gets my vote of going beyond its satisfaction
This is brilliant for instant access to everything, but let’s be real—with such a central position, it’s loud. We knew what we were signing up for, and frankly, you can’t complain when you choose a spot this convenient
The hotel is so clean it's too clean to be true. The entire property gets cleaned every day, a rare commitment that honestly puts many higher-star hotels to shame
The absolute standout feature of 4Dreams is its phenomenal location: we are right in the middle of the town centre
Fair enough the carpets on the stairs are a little worn ,but don't let that put you off

Strategic position, near to Las Vistas Beach, clean apartments, swimming pool, friendly staff, good price.
This is an excellent place to stay. We booked through Tenerife Royal Gardens agents Roberto, George and his team. We have had an apartment with them for many years
Fantastic venue with two pools one of them heated stones through from beach bars and restaurants. Make sure to visit restaurant Mumbia to Shangai fabulous food.
Opened the patio curtains to look out from the balcony and realised our balcony was actually on the street between a shop and excursion stand! Disappointing as advertised with pool or beach view
I would highly recommend TRG , this super accommodation is the best place in Tenerife. To deal with the George & staff is 100%. Pool and amenities are spotless
The pool bar is excellent, Johnny , Sandra & hani (their daughter) are so nice and provide an excellent service

Our son and daughter surprised us and booked in for a few days with us, staff managed to put them on same floor a few doors down. Had a couple of afternoons at the pool on the top floor
What a beautiful, old style Spanish hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are superb and the pool area is so clean and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the town
Decent size and plenty of sun beds. We really like location of hotel with loads of nice restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to book again for winter 2027
Check-in staff were brilliant and the catering team were so lovely. The breakfast chefs, Rosa and Maria do a fabulous job and Ly, Loli and Carmen did a sterling job serving throughout the day
The staff here are professional, friendly, courteous and well trained. They seem very happy in their jobs. from the cleaners to the dining room staff to the reception. You are made so welcome from start to finish
Our housekeeper for room 108 this week has been so good and the maintenance team are always busy. It felt like a very good, step back in time, experience. Overall top notch-we will return

It is very cool! Food, service, entertainment, friendly staff, grounds, beautiful views from the balcony to the city and the sea - all happy! The main drawback is the noise at night from clubs and restaurants as the hotel is right in the heart of the youth of Las Americas, music audible even from the top floors, you can sleep only with closed balcony
We had a great time at the hotel , the seaview was beautiful, fabulous breakfast also
Great stay and service only let down by decor!
As a family, we received a nice warm and friendly welcome upon our arrival. We enjoyed the hotel's close location to the beach and other local amenities
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment provided, I participated in the daily outdoor well-being classes and we both enjoyed the variety of options available for our daily breakfast
They rush to clear away the food as soon as 10:30 AM hits, practically snatching it from under guests' noses. If it weren't for such terrible staff, the hotel would be perfectly acceptable, even if it is a bit rundown
It's recommended to drive to the lobby entrance first, unload your luggage, and then park. Otherwise, you'll have to retrieve your luggage from the parking lot, which is about a 5-minute walk down stairs

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.
I was so happy! 😍
The service is also great and the staffs were cool from the reception to the limpiezas. The breakfast is also amazing!
The only thing I am not happy is the faucet that only provides hot water
I was here last December 3, 2016 and I asked for a room where I can see a good view of Tenerife, and the day of my check-in, I was surprised that they put me in a room with a roof top
The room is nice and the bathroom was clean. The view outside was nice as well. The breakfast was a nice spread as well.
😜 I can't bath, good thing I was there for only 1 night and 2days. But all in all, they were great!
Clean, simple and good service. Good if you are looking for a cheap place to stay.
Some of the villas are timeshares, obvious firm friendships clearly established over the years whuch was lovely to observe around the pool
Amazing for the price, easy to find, good parking near by and a good spot to stay in for a short weekend! :)
Good Value
Lovely small resort and villas are perfect for up to 6. There limited facilities, but the pool is great and the Bar Restaurant perfectly adequate. We’ve been here several times and it works for us.
Friendly & Peaceful self-catering accommodation. 33 villas with communal pool, table tennis & snooker table. Supermarket, a few restaurants are down the hill. It is a steep climb back to accom on foot
Exceallant resorts. Villas well maintained. Grounds and pool looked after very well. The Terrace bar and restaurant were great with friendly staff. We will come back again.
The pool area is well maintained with pool towels provided. The restaurant is of a good standard with friendly staff. Housekeeping do a good job with twice weekly cleaning

There is also a separate pool which is quiet, for those not wanting to be around the daytime entertainment. The drinks operate on a token basis. Token purchased on arrival for a refundable 5 euros
There are many dishes to choose from, along with pizza and pasta every night. The rooms are clean with room service every day. Children's entertainment is varied and the team do a great job
Great apartment, but to the beach you have to pass
We would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. We have stayed 4 times over the last few years. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly
Everything about this hotel is top class - the staff are amazing, the food is delicious, the facilities are brilliant and they cater for all types of guests - adults, children, families, golfers, non golfers
In terms of cleanliness, this is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, every inch of the hotel, inside and out is so spotless clean! All the staff were so attentive and kind yet we must give a special mention to Coleen from the animation team and Carla from reception who made our stay very special

Okay, a bit old and neglected but very well located, good price and pool
Freezer frozen over no door on small compartment. Kettle was €20 which was refunded at end. Pool only opens at 10am-6pm locked the rest of time no access
We stayed at the Florida Plaza Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz for four nights. While the hotel could benefit from some modern updates, it was still a comfortable and pleasant place to stay
The staff at reception and room service were very attentive, but not in the dining room. The person in charge there had poor manners and didn't treat guests well
Very good location, location is best part what this appartament have :)
I have been to other self catering which was basic but this wasn't even basic. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect 👌 apart from pub across from it which can get very noisy with the locals

Large rooms. All requirements met for self catering room. Would be nice to have a oven though. Clean, well cleaned by cleaners. Helpful and friendly staff. Best to park in shopping centre 5min away.
Lovely basic budget hotel right in the middle of town. predominantly German (we were the only English staying here)
Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport
Nice Studio Appartment
Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz
There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace
It didn't have air conditioning, just a single-speed fan. You have to ask for a hairdryer at reception, and they give you a wall-mounted one, but it's loose
🙄 You can hear all the neighbors and the street because the windows don't close properly. The service was good, and the location was excellent
Everything is great, I love everything
Central location in a pedestrian area. Close to everything you need.
Someone is attending all the time - which is nice that it's secure and someone can help answer your questions, direct you to restaurants or tourist sites. The room is very clean with 2 fans and a new TV

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent area close to sea front bars and restaurants.
Room was very good value for money enjoyed my stay
We had a nice room with a sea view. It’s a nice bit of the town in the old streets. Excellent air con but the Wi-Fi was a tad slow. Rooms were clean and staff couldn’t do enough.
Good price and location!
Good location in the north of the island. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very good prices and nice staff.
Room was cleanish with aa big south facing terrace. Excellent aircon but WiFi signal was week.. Clean crisp sheets & a comfy bed. Could do with update but for the price was good value for money.
There is a bit of noise from the street and at times, musicians playing at a nearby cafe, however you could consider this is part of the atmosphere
The only problem is that it not A/C in the rooms. Other than that very good!
