Especially "Super" Oscar at the bar and Mayte who helped us sort our taxis for the day. As well as our fabulous shuttle bus driver (sorry cant remember his name) who was really awesome
Had alot of teething problems at the start of our visit where lots of things went wrong. But hotel really really tried to put things right with some superb staff
Amazing place so hospitable all the staff are multilingual and very help I can't praise the hotel enough. Shuttle buses into alicante beach and city centre the food is lovely would highly recommend
The hotel was amazing, only the wifi didnt work at my room
Fantastic 2 bedroom suite for family of 4.staff friendly- lovely views and balcony from room.-sadly pool closed in October but looked great and I’m sure beautiful in the spring/summer. Would definitely stay again
I can’t wait to come back again next year!

The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing
Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools
It's a 3* hotel so was actually above our expectations. Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast choice and easy walk into the old town. Happy to recommend 👌
The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.
Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again
The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins

Finally, given that you want feed back I hope that you will give consideration to changing the practice of guests carrying hot drinks
We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot
We've just returned from a week at this amazing hotel! Shout out to Yolanda who checked us in swiftly. I highly recommend this place for families
But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer
Our room was cleaned every single day and always left spotless and tidy, which made it really comfortable to relax after long days out. The whole hotel felt very well maintained
We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the strip as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

We take a kettle but I think you can get one from reception. The staff are lovely, from reception to bar and cleaning to dining staff. There is plenty of choice food wise to cover all tastes
The pool area was nice but no toilets so you have to go back into reception, which we found a little inconvenient. There is building work nearby, however we didn't find this to too much of a distraction
Great quiet Spanish location. Excellent service and food. All rooms have a sea view. But no kettle 😢. Aircon not brilliant. Others stayed twice and definitely stay again.
There was entertainment at night if you wanted to stay in the bar area, and during the day they would be doing activities if you wanted to join in. All in all another very enjoyable stay, thank you
Its prime position is just a 10-minute walk from Elche Park and central Benidorm, making it perfect for families and couples seeking a quieter stay away from the lively Levante Beach area
We had our second Christmas staying here. It's a great value hotel in a great location. Every room has a superb sea view! Rooms are clean and comfortable with housekeeping daily

Outdoor pool was to cold for us but there was a heated inside pool we could enjoy. Good buffet restaurant, with plenty to choose from. Room was big and the view nice
Update not all ice creams are included in the al-inclusive any more only a handful, poor
Second stay in the hotel for a bike holiday. Decent food, nice spacious rooms and friendly service. The animation in the evening can be very loud, but you have a second door in the room 😉
Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English
The food is tasty, the evening dancing to live music.
Location was perfec for us, close to a small harbour, two beaches with long boardwalk. 3 busses close by, so you could either walk about 2km to old town or take the bus

I think most people are on all-inclusive as we were and there were plenty of options in the main restaurant and a daytime snack bar serving burgers and chips and salads
bit of a let down as love to chill on the balcony for morning coffee and when can't sleep. The food in the restaurant got boring, very fast
Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite
The bar staff at the Grotto Bar where friendly enough but too many mistakes where being made with drinks, this has lost you 1 star
Oscar deserves a mention as he was friendly and curtious and always delivered the correct drinks each time
Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Pool bar didnt open until 11am so you couldn't get a soft drink until then which was annoying

She explained everything about the hotel, the facilities, and everything else to us. Every time she saw us, she greeted us with a smile. She's truly a wonderful person
Exceptional Bar Service: A huge shoutout to Sebi and Oscar at the bar. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were impressive
They genuinely care about the guests and make some of the best drinks in Gandia! Warm Welcome: We also want to thank Mady at the front desk
Nice comfortable rooms Nice restaurant but could do with improvement as food quality not good Vanessa a lovely and friendly waitress Location great walking distance to nice beaches public transport convenient
Very cool place, as someone who has been in Gran Canaria before in a very bad hotel, this is a insane stepup, first of all, we get free breakfast!!! Those pastries and bacon are very delicous, and this was the place where I got the first step of liking coffee, anyways, the rooms were very clean, the corridors are also very good, only bad thing was the elevator which got stuck with me and my dad in...
Location was also pretty good, you could see the hotel from far away, and it was close to the beach which I really liked. Only bad thing was that I saw a live cockroach on the street which scared me, but only one

My concern when going all inclusive is always watered down drinks and cheap food but the hotel did not scrimp on the quality of the food OR the drink which is great and was very satisfied with this
My tip is to pay extra for the all inclusive plus as this gives you access to the Magic Beach Club a short walk from the hotel to the beach where they serve drinks and snacks (crisps, olives etc
The swimming pool area is good too, it has two pools, two jacuzzi style pools (the warmest of the pools) and two large slides, aside from the pool being cold (to be expected) this was a lovely area to relax and get involved with some games that the staff come round asking for guests to participate
The staff are friendly and accommodating, speak Spanish and English which was great, I had no issues with any of the staff there and they were always there to help and were very friendly
The facilities are great and to a good quality, the rooms are well equipped for what we needed with tea/coffee making facilities, soap/shampoo, hair dryer, TV, Alexa speaker
The hotel itself is in a built up area of Gandia out side the Gandia town just under an hour away by car from Valencia airport

Beautiful sea view from our jacuzzi room, location is very good for shops and restaurants and bars everything in a good range! Room kept stunningly clean every day
I want to thank everyone who works at the Villa Del Mar for making our stay so special in particular Gina, Karen, and Veneta (Qué tal) from the restaurant. Carol and Gabby from the bars
The weather was perfect and the area was immaculate. Lots of sofas and beds to relax on. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. One member especially, Karen in the restaurant
Rooms-Super king bed and small double pull out bed. No balconies at all which we missed. Food-we were AI and plenty of food but themed so one night was pretty much all seafood, one night all Chinese based foods etc
Pro’s: location Branded drinks Free water machine on room floor Sun terrace great view, bar, comfy chairs and beds Room size was good and comfy beds (no balcony’s) Cons: Sewage smell all week Only one lift working so you will wait a long time Small dining area, have to book time slots and you’ll be queuing in height of season NO ALLERGEN markers on food!! No children’s area/ Very limited options...
Lots of floors to walk! Overall, if a fit couple wanting good drinks, have no food restrictions and are after a quieter location it is good. If a family or anyone needing access or help, they are simply not interested

Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Overall a good stay and worth the cost
Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good
The location is good but no grocery shops are close by, there are a nice few bars and restaurants along the walkway and up in La Mata. The buses run directly outside the hotel to Torrevieja town or La Mata
Big hotel The hotel for what we paid was good. Plenty of choice at breakfasts and dinner. No bars or restaurants nearby having to walk down hill to them. Also there was no beach.
The food was AMAZING, so hats off to the chef and staff, and the girls on serving staff were always helpful and professional! Point to improve (in my opinion): a set of dumbbells in the gym and more training to the young man in the cafeteria in manners and respect, especially when dealing with women
Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding

Another great trip to this brilliant hotel. The facilities are amazing but the best thing is the staff
From a bright smiling super helpful Karim as soon as you arrive to the best restaurant manager Raul the fabulous Nicky who will help you with anything and everything and wonderful Roxana at the bar
You are who mak the hotel a home for home and I will be back soon
The spa area although 20 euros was worth it, very relaxing and big and plenty of room. The food was very good, 3 meals a day, wide selection of food, drinks brought to your table by pleasant and efficient staff

The rooms were spacious , very clean and tidy Always smelt amazing The hotel was just very clean Food was amazing too drinks where amazing The staff were very friendly particularly the manager he was very friendly Because we read online the hotel was strictly no hen parties we was worried we was going to be kicked out but that wasn’t the case
The pool bar, which was also the main bar was OK, no complaints about the drinks. This was also where the nightly "entertainment" took place, but it was very poor
And last thing is the location was excellent, right next to loads of restaurants, bars and beach
Hotel is in a great location..rooms were clean and food was very good!..special mention to Alba in the entertainment team .she worked hard to help make everyone enjoy our stay !
Great hotel excellent location staff very attentative food good choice. I would recommend upgrading to pool view superior room they are massive rooms with great views

The food was lovely, mainly catering for the Spanish visitors but also plenty of choice for us brits and the desserts you could die for! The Staff are brilliant and nothing too much trouble
Great location, Staff friendly and easy to get on with very helpful, Food was very nice as expected although more choice than other hotel's in the area. Rooms were spotless and very modern
The beach is 90 seconds away with loads of eateries and bars. The front balcony rooms can get noisy until about 10 at night but great for people watching! We would come back anytime!
We were there for 1 week end of October so the snack bar and air con were not on this in no way made a difference to the great holiday we had
I must say my son and I had a great holiday enjoying all of the hotel's features the WIFI was probably the best I've ever had in a Spanish hotel
Staff 120%,,,could not fault the service. All were friendly, jovial eager to please, and polite. Our stay was in November and all inclusive. there was so much lovely prepared food, and the drink measures were unreal

The all inclusive has a wide range of alcoholic drinks, international beers, spirits, wine, cocktails 🍸 coffees ☕️ and soft drinks. The bar staff are very friendly and make fabulous cocktails
Unfortunately the restaurant was quite underwhelming, slightly chaotic 😳 however the staff did their best to find us a table. The offer in terms of food was more canteen like and first come first served
The tables had no festive decorations or a cracker to pull 👎 The live entertainment (singers) in the downstairs bar were good 👍 The evening dinner (Christmas Day) was probably the worst meal up to now
Great, secure car park for a small charge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh hot and cold food being brought out continually and an omelette station serving omelettes of your choice
we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding. we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Yours sincerely Dorothy

Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids, family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel. room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony
There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing
breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts, fruit coffee etc Lunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters, Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment...
we have never had this problem before and we have stayed at alot of all inclusive hotels

The rooms were serviced everyday and were well cleaned. Food in the restaurant was good, I’m not a fussy eater and there was plenty of choice at every meal and it was well cooked
We went all-inclusive and it was worth every penny, The staff in all areas were friendly and welcoming, helpful with all our requests. Two very nice clean swimming pools and facilities
The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant. They went above and beyond and were all a credit to the hotel. We had no complaints about the food
I would recommend here to friends, as we definitely got our moneys worth with all inclusive option. The bingo nights need improving with the amount of games and prizes it felt a waste of time
All staff in restaurant great especially Marilyn. We were only half board but they catered for everyone. We stayed in room 805 rooms were lovely. Will definitely be coming back again

The facilities were great and the staff always on hand to help. The rooms are a bit basic but we didn't mind this at all as we were not there to spend time in the room but to enjoy Calpe
Easy check in and out with friendly reception staff. Travelled with friends and we were given the top 2 rooms which had amazing views and large balconies with sun loungers
Bathroom was spacious with an excellent hot shower. Large comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space/storage. No kettle or cups but we had our own so not a problem. Some noise during the night, especially from the lift
We only booked Bed and Breakfast and what a good breakfast we had everyday. Well done chefs! Overall, it was a really good place to stay and will definitely be back
Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Dinner was not so good! Not a great choice and not quality food

No drinks service in restaurant, no table Cloths, waitresses slow to clear dirty plates. Location good if you like a nice walk to main centre and good nights sleep. Lifts the best I've had for speed to higher floors
Wasn't expecting much from previous reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Modern, clean, & food more than adequate. Lift broke down, but was quickly fixed. Only slight issue, restaurant staff quite rude & abrupt
Each time, every meal we had was only just warm. Apart from the ( meat) counter which was mainly cooked fresh each sitting. I have to have a gluten free diet & there wasn't many options available for me
Now for the downside the food was always cold when we told them they said heat it up in the microwave. The reception girl was very rude. The guy in restaurant was cheeky to my husband
Thee location is far enough from the main strip so that it's not noisy and hectic, but close enough that its only a short walk to the craziness, lol Our only issue was that although the food was good quality, it seemed to be very similar for most meals
And ended up in a full blown argument. We tried to stay away from the restaurant to save any conflict. But apart from that we had a great time the people we met was fantastic

Both accommodations were situated at the back of the hotel, offering views of the Town Hall and its surrounding green space, but on the other side of a main road and the back working area and concrete car park of our hotel, was less visually appealing compared to the front views that overlooked the pool and outdoor lounge area
Initially, I found a couple of suitable meals, which gave me hope for the options; however, by the end of the week, my choices were mostly limited to side dishes and cheese, making it challenging to find adequate meals without negotiating for special requests
The hotel provided daily entertainment led by an energetic host named Paula, and we enjoyed a variety of evening performances throughout our stay. As a vegetarian, I noted that the food options could be improved
I was surprised by the poor fit of our room door, but since we were located at the end of the corridor, it did not cause significant disturbances. I would also advise caution regarding the glass room dividers
I suggested implementing a labeling system to mark suitable dishes with a 'V' for vegetarian or 'VG' for vegan, which seemed to be well-received, but unfortunately, this change was not made during our stay
There was minimal food labeling, with brief descriptions provided but no clear indication of which dishes were suitable for meat-free or gluten-free diets

There were really limited options and the pasta was cold and sloppy (as this was one of the only options for me to eat this was really disappointing)
First impressions were very good. Bar, lobby and bedroom all very clean and comfortable. Half hour walk at least to new town but lots of places round the hotel to walk to
We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was lovely, staff were pleasant and it was a good stay. The beds were really comfortable and the room spacious
We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the food and drinks offer was good. Staff at the Olympus were all very professional and friendly. There was entertainment in the evenings which was lively
Just came back from a 4 night stay and we can’t really fault it the location is in the old town away from all the loud night life but it’s literally only 10 minutes walk so it’s quiet if you just need to relax but a short walk and your in the hustle and bustleof things we went at the end of November for my youngest daughters 21st and found that we were probably the youngest people in the entire hotel...
We booked half board, and honestly it wasn’t worth the extra money, especially for myself. Breakfast was okay, and dinner was really not good for me being a vegetarian
