I had the most wonderful time. The sea was just perfect.

The hotel is located by the lake and has preserved the original plants and stones. It is a very unique building and worth staying in. The breakfast is also very rich. The hotel is quite far to go, so it is recommended to eat directly in the hotel or buy things to bring in before entering the hotel, otherwise it will take at least half an hour to go out and back.

Our room was conveniently located right by the pool entrance, making swimming incredibly easy! I stayed in an ocean-view luxury room. It was quiet, the view was splendid, and the room itself was immaculately clean, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The view from the window is also quite nice.

The hotel is located by the river, offering some nice views, and the service is excellent. The food selection is quite extensive and tastes good too. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel is a bit older but has been well-maintained. Although getting to the rooms involves stairs, there's staff available to help with luggage.

Nice stay for layover close to hotel

Great bed/mattress, breakfast was 1 day a la carte, and 1 day buffet. Breakfast was ok, but 20 dollars is overpriced for Sri Lanka standards. The airconditioning has 2 settings; OFF or freezing cold. The blankets are warm so it wasn't a big issue. The service was very chaotic. Offering coffee, and no action, and the billing system is a mess for example.

The room was clean, but the soundproofing was average. I was actually woken up by someone talking in the hallway at night. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, but fortunately it was still cool at night so I could turn it off and sleep. The location near the beach with beautiful views is particularly commendable.

The garden is beautiful and the pool is great, but the room carpet was incredibly dirty with a very strong smell of dust and dust mites. I had severe allergies for the two days I stayed there, to the point where I had to wear a mask to sleep at night. Opening the window for ventilation didn't help at all. The hotel was booked out but the owner was able to find us a room with our own private bathroom. The bathroom was outdoors just around the corner from our bedroom. The AC unit was broken upon arrival, although it took awhile to fix, the owner took prompt action and was very kind to us. The experience started poor but better throughout our stay.

The environment is beautiful, but the location is quite remote. I thought we were in the wrong place. 😂 If you stay here, I recommend staying longer at the hotel to experience the close proximity of the animals in the forest.

The facilities are very old, the room smells like old wood, and the air conditioner is very noisy, which affects sleep a bit. The room is divided into two floors, with a single bed in the upper loft and a double bed below. However, the temperature upstairs is always higher than that downstairs, so if there are many people, sleeping upstairs may not be so comfortable.

A very wonderful Ayurvedic Retreat Center. It’s located on the beach, the staff are amazing and very friendly. The doctors do treatment staff were excellent! The rooms are well appointed and have everything needed for a peaceful Ayurvedic panchakarma experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a very nice infinity pool and the buffet was good, with a wide variety of choices. The staff was also very nice, friendly, and helpful. The room itself looked fine at first, but the bathroom was an issue. We had a wonderful wedding ceremony and honeymoon stay at this hotel. The wedding hall and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
