A great hotel, Nassa is all about the location, as it is within the center of town and in easy walking distance of all interesting sites and commands a fantastic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We had a great view from our balcony, worth the extra money for the view. The breakfast was delicious and I received gluten free bread upon request. The concierge was so kind and asked us about our stay, and also let us keep our bags in the back room while we spent the day out and about in town so we didn't have to lug everything around. The rooms are fairly dated, some amenities (massage chair in room) do not work. Bed was very large and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay in Lugano!

Location: very good, right in the central Lugano, shopping is right at the doorstep and walking along the lake is a must. Check-in: small and lift was one of a kind; miniature. But up the rooms and etc.... Room: spacious large room and bathroom, clean and tidy. air-conditioning (was very functional and important, especially when we arrive in the hot summer), refrigerator, desk and large wardrobe. Balcony offer panoramic view overlooking the lake view, able to see both sunrise and moonrise. Room deco may be outdated but the functionality outweighs. Microwave available in common area. Outdated deco along corridors and breakfast dinning area. Breakfast: home breakfast of sufficient variety. Service: reply email. warm welcome at check-in and greetings when coming in and out and meeting along corridor and breakfast. professional. Truly value for money

The hotel was in an absolutely stunning location. It was wonderful to wake up with the sunrise gently touching our faces and to step straight out into the morning sun for a walk along the lake. The service was excellent as well, and the reception gave us great advice on places to visit. Overall, a truly memorable stay.

The hotel is in central Lugano and has underground parking which was great for us. The hotel is a bit dated but our room was comfortable & clean and had an amazing terrace with views of the lake. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and freshly cooked hot items. The breakfast room however was rather small but we took the breakfast back to our terrace. I would recommend this hotel.

We had the pleasure to be welcomed by David (day) and Ivano (evening). Their customer service is impeccable and very inviting. The location is central to everything. The third floor terrace room has an astonishing view toward lake Lugano. Furniture and bathroom are dated but serviced our needs. We appreciated having a refrigerator and AC in the room. Breakfast is continental and was ok for us. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

We stayed in July for 2 days, and it was a very good experience. The view from the balcony was excellent, and the main advantage of this hotel is its location—it’s right in the city center, making it easily accessible to all major places.

The staff members were very nice and polite, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we truly enjoyed both the place and our stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's right in the center and facing the lake.
Although, we felt like the price wasn't fair comparing to the room we had because it was kind of old and we didn't have the view to the lake. It has some amenities included, but they aren't truthful about all of them. There's a list of all amenities in a folder that implying that water is free, when we asked, the receptionist told us we'd have to buy it from the fridge at the reception.
The staff was very welcoming and kind to us, though.

Perfect location close to the lake and the centre of town. Good size rooms - we had a balcony as well which overlooked the lake. Breakfast was fine, with a hot and cold selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. If sorting from the station, there is a funicular to the hotel level and then not far to walk.

I stayed with my family at Nassa Garni back in the beginning of July '23 for two nights. Single room with a bathroom for two adults and a 5-year old. It's was definitively not the cheapest hotel we stayed in during the holiday, but it's still relatively within reason. The location is excellent, and we got a room with a view of the lake, which can't be faulted either. Room was clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. Temperature was fine. The service by the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was fine too, even it it wasn't spectacular. It's a small place, and if you are arriving by car, try to reserve a parking space with the hotel in advance. Would I stay there again, if coming back to Lugano? If the finances were for it, I'd certainly consider it :-)

No frills. Amazing view of Lake Lugano. Friendly staff. Rooms are about average in size for Europe. We had a nice room with a terrace looking out onto the lake. Amazing. Pet friendly. Super comfy mattress. Friendly breakfast server. Baggage storage, noon checkout, just across the street from the boat ferry port!
