Very nice little hotel in the center of Lugano. Very nice and attentive personnel. Good quality breakfast. I'd definitely come back. Rooms could use a bit of a rejuvenation...
Fantastic location, vibrant and historic city center, outstanding service, great breakfast, unique rooms and great value for money. No reason to stay at the much more expensive 5 stars in Lugano...fantastic hotel.

Stayed here in August. Nice hotel, just a minute’s walk from the lake. Would recommend.
There was no heating the day we went and we were not advised about this fact. We were NOT make up for this.
Clean and functional, currently under construction, but no lift/elevator from ground floor to Reception. Too much boutique not enough hotel.
