We enjoyed are stay at this hotel. The room was very simple but good enough. The hotel is close to the lac which is great.
We were also able to borrow bikes for free at the hotel. We definitely enjoyed using bikes for discovering the city.
It was also possible to play table tennis on the terrasse of the hotel. We have been satisfied with the breakfast of the hotel.

I Booked for 2 nights at my arrival I straight up cancelled the second night, very bad smell of rubber's tyre in the corridor. Disgusting. Doesn't fit for accommodation. Its like a garage. Clients must be alerted before reservation. Room is too shabby and expensive for the price. When you expect a nice warm smell of Croissant for a buffet breakfast and you don't get. I will let you imagine all sorts you find in the market. As i cancelled, the receptionist didn't even care about the reason and didn't asked. Fortunately I'm obliged to put one star cause I don't have the choice. Finally I added 20 chf and got a decent room in another decent hotel for my second night.

Great location, great service, great cleaning. It is great that it has AC for warm nights. Receiving the TicinoCard for free trains/buses and discounts is great. Wifi can be better.

The hotel manager was super friendly and gave us all the information needed about what to do in Lugano. The rooms were fresh and newly renovated (except for the bathroom) with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the shower did not have a curtain so the entire bathroom floor would get soaked after a shower, and remain soaked for several hours due to poor airflow. Nonetheless, the room's WiFi was super fast and the TV had more than one English channel. Though, our minibar did not work during our stay. Breakfast was simple but could be enjoyed outside on a terrace which was nice. Overall it's cheap for it's location but some things could clearly be done in a better way.

Very helpful friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Able to assist with gluten and lactose meals etc. Nice accomodation and a relaxed atmosphere.

We slept one night in hotel colorado.
The hotel was very beautiful and clean.
Restroom were clean and nice
Breakfast was delicious.
Overall we had a good night in here.
We were alone in this hotel I think so that was a good experience ☺
But the water was a little yellow at first
It was allright because after few seconds the water was clean again.

Hotel molto semplice. Carino e ben arredato. I dipendenti ed il proprietario sono stati molto gentili e cordiali. Alla fine, quando me ne sono andato via, mi hanno pure dato un sacchettino con diverse tipologie di caramelle, come regalino di saluto.
