Nice little hotel in the middle of Lugano Paradiso. The car parking is a public parking garage 1min walk from the hotel (they handle tickets for you at 15.-/day per parking spot) and the lake is a 2min walk from the hotel and there are multiple nice restaurants close by.
The interior and decoration of the rooms is a bit dated and the bathrooms are not too large. The shower is definitely built for short people but it works with some gymnastics.
Breakfast buffet is ok for the hotel size and staff is always available, nice and friendly.

I was sleeping and a other mN just came and slept at the oder double bed they smelled soooo baddd the restaurant stinks sooo hard 😒

Very outdated interior, heavily overpriced (especially the "deluxe" room, what a joke). The service was okay though, and everything was clean and tidy.
