Breakfast had so many options & everything was tasty. The friendly restaurant staff are working hard to keep everyone happy. Pool & beach area & all the grounds were well maintained.
My toddler loved the 2 separate pools that were perfect for children.
Massages by the spa staff were really good too.
Safe car parking available.
Perfect retreat location to relax.
Regarding food: While the breakfast selection is decent/okay, the dinner was a disappointment. The choice of dishes is very small with little variety, and unfortunately, most of the hot food was served lukewarm. Additionally, there are not enough cooks – getting an omelet in the morning takes ages due to lack of staff.
Pool & Sunbeds: I loved the lack of loud music at the pool. However, the "sunbed management" is poor. Guests start reserving spots as early as 6:30 AM. There are not enough sunbeds.
Overall, a solid hotel for families (good kids' activities) and those seeking peace, but the dining experience and sunbed availability need work

The price–performance ratio is very good. The hotel offers access to a beautiful beach, and there are excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Our stay consisted of three nights, which I found to be more than enough for this hotel.
The only small thing I would have liked is a bit more variety or options at the pool, but this is a minor detail.
All in all, a very pleasant stay that I can definitely recommend.
Be great to have more activities or play area for toddlers.
Plai Thai dining was great but wished they had bit better extensive Thai food ala carte menu. Service was quite slow for us.
Karam beach club was great, fast and convenient.
For the price you can get better.
