The environment is elegant and close to the sea, with complete facilities. The staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to the port for our yacht in the morning, which was very timely! The room was spacious and quite new.

Lovely hotel with good layout for 2 adults and 2 kids in the room but room (family suite) smelt damp and we found glass medicine ampoules in the refrigerator which alarmed us but the front desk did not seem bothered by.

Stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. Feel so rested after. Well maintained. Spacious room. Special thanks to Ryan from the Reception who helped us find a room that was better suited to my toddlers requirements. This helped make our visit much easier & happier.
Breakfast had so many options & everything was tasty. The friendly restaurant staff are working hard to keep everyone happy. Pool & beach area & all the grounds were well maintained.
My toddler loved the 2 separate pools that were perfect for children.
Massages by the spa staff were really good too.
Safe car parking available.
Perfect retreat location to relax.
Breakfast had so many options & everything was tasty. The friendly restaurant staff are working hard to keep everyone happy. Pool & beach area & all the grounds were well maintained.
My toddler loved the 2 separate pools that were perfect for children.

The hotel was really nice and great for kids. Food options were very minimal and the food quality and taste was very poor. Unfortunately there are hardly any options close by outside and no-one delivers since it is too far. Once you figure out food and are okay with the average service the resort is great to enjoy with the family. But definitely would give this a skip and go to J W Marriott Khao Lak which is 15mins away.

The hotel is generally lovely with lush gardens and a nice pool, although the area right by the sea feels a bit bare of vegetation. The rooms are kept clean, but you can see they are starting to show their age.
Regarding food: While the breakfast selection is decent/okay, the dinner was a disappointment. The choice of dishes is very small with little variety, and unfortunately, most of the hot food was served lukewarm. Additionally, there are not enough cooks – getting an omelet in the morning takes ages due to lack of staff.
Pool & Sunbeds: I loved the lack of loud music at the pool. However, the "sunbed management" is poor. Guests start reserving spots as early as 6:30 AM. There are not enough sunbeds.
Overall, a solid hotel for families (good kids' activities) and those seeking peace, but the dining experience and sunbed availability need work

Overall, the hotel was very good. There were one or two small things that I didn’t like so much, but nothing major that would affect the overall experience.
I would like to give a special thank you to Ness, who was incredibly helpful in every situation and always found great solutions for all our difficulties. Her support really made a difference during our stay.
The price–performance ratio is very good. The hotel offers access to a beautiful beach, and there are excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Our stay consisted of three nights, which I found to be more than enough for this hotel.
The only small thing I would have liked is a bit more variety or options at the pool, but this is a minor detail.
All in all, a very pleasant stay that I can definitely recommend.

Was good location and resort for a few days. Was very busy over Christmas period, mainly with families. The same brand in China is much higher quality. Towels on arrival had holes and lots of loose threads which was really disappointing from this brand. Good choice at breakfast but many things ran out regularly as just so many people. A very different experience to going to a Pullman resort in China.

We were welcomed by Gee Jin and warmth from arrival to departure. Rooms are big, cleaned thoroughly by housekeeping. We had them very comfortable. There are 2 restaurants and we had the pool access which was great! Kids loved the kids club.
Be great to have more activities or play area for toddlers.
Plai Thai dining was great but wished they had bit better extensive Thai food ala carte menu. Service was quite slow for us.
Karam beach club was great, fast and convenient.

The hotel is tired and dated looks very old and old fashioned. Staff not fluent in English no adequate car parking sea view is opposite the entrance to room!
