Great service and very helpful staff. The drainage system needs some work as rainshower volume will flood the entire bathroom. The cleaning couldve been meticulous as some hidden spots like side of the bed or near the shades were poorly cleaned. Breakfast was very good but could get really cramped and crowded. Excellent happy hours - can stay for the entire day at their little pool/beach front area.

It just wasn’t what we expected. The reviews were great but we were disappointed - it’s in a random area that is super quiet.. there are definitely better hotels in Khao Lak.. this felt a bit like a package holiday hotel destination.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for our morning coffee or to escape the rain. We ate at the breakfast buffet most mornings and it was extensive. We both have food allergies: gluten and alpha gal (red meat, dairy). The breakfast food had allergens listed. The staff was helpful with any questions or concerns regarding our allergies. We also ate at the Green Mango most nights for dinner. The food was excellent and the menu large enough that we never got tired of eating there. The hostess remembered our room number after just one dinner.

We also took advantage of the spa twice. It was very relaxing and reasonably priced with happy hour discounts. It was perfect for a rainy day that cancelled our other plans.

We were sad to leave. If we ever come back to Khao Lak, we would definitely stay here again.

Every little detail is thought through to ensure maximum relaxation and union with nature. If you are looking for a place to go to really relax, maybe recover after a burn out or to cleanse from the city hustle and bustle - this hotel will be perfect. Idyllic, with kindness spread by the employees working there - you literally feel embraced and held by this place. The quiet swimming pool and the ponds with its views are my two highlights. I could spend days just sitting there, enjoying the sounds of the little waterfalls and watching the pond fish swim around and play. The pool by the beach is perfect if you want to have a few cocktails and lounge around by the pool with them. The pool has many features like jacuzzi parts, platforms that you can lie on if you want to remain in water but get some sun, and bar stools. The beach is like any beach in Thailand but to the right you have an amazing massage place and to the left you have restaurants and fire shows twice (I think) a week. All literally next door. Khao Lak centre is a 15-20 min ride. The rooms are just perfect, ours came out onto the pond and we could sit and enjoy the view for hours. Breakfast was sublime, didn’t get tired of it after 10 days.

To sum up, my husband and I fell in love and will be coming back as soon as possible. 10/10.

P.S. grateful for the hotel for introducing me to pandan juice, which I am now obsessed with. The spa also made some mushroom-pandan tea which we also loved - you can purchase bags of this from the spa but unfortunately we didn’t have enough space :(

Modern, clean resort that's both sprawling and cozy. Lives up to the grand in its name. The staff is always smiling and humble - something we didn't expect on brandname hotels. Direct beach access to the tranquil stretch of sand is sea is awesome. On-site restaurant is a little pricey compared to the local options on the beach, but food is halal and service is extra nice! We noticed a tiny stain whilst checking in and they immediately rectified it, upgrading us to a bigger room and sent us a lovely fruit tray - so full marks to a solid management team.

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, everything was simply flawless. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every little detail you could imagine.
The pool is stunning, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and every corner of the hotel is perfectly maintained.
The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the view is breathtaking, and the entire experience feels carefully thought out and perfectly executed.

Truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at – a perfect combination of comfort, serenity, and top-level service.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great attention to every detail. The beach is quiet and pleasant, and the food is excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and the peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend spending a few nights here.
