Triple Three Patong in Patong

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience

We booked and paid in advance for this hotel. After a very long and exhausting day of travel, we arrived at the property only to be told that they had no reservation for us. The staff immediately claimed it was a Booking.com problem and said it was not their responsibility at all, even though they actively advertise rooms on Booking.com.

Instead of trying to help or find a solution, they simply said the hotel was fully booked and showed zero willingness to assist us. What made the situation even worse: they refused to provide any written confirmation stating that they could not offer us a room. This was clearly done to make it harder for us to get a refund from Booking.com.

No apology. No empathy. No effort. Being left without a room late in the day, after paying and having a confirmed booking, is completely unacceptable. This level of customer service is shocking and unprofessional.

I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel unless you want to risk being left stranded despite having a paid reservation.

Stay away from this hotel – it’s a complete scam.
We booked and fully paid in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, they claimed that there was no reservation and told us to deal with Booking.com ourselves. They took absolutely no responsibility and left us standing on the street with no accommodation.
This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and feels like fraud. Do not trust this hotel unless you want to risk losing your money and being left without a place to stay.

I didn't stay here but was very nervous being there. I met a lady who asked me to meet her at this hotel to do my makeup. I was terrified, the building looked as something from a horror movie. The hotel looked more like a run down motel. I would not suggest staying here on vacation, especially if your not from Thailand.

Everything is very dirty

The hotel is located between noisy road and football fields where football teams are playing every night till 5am (I was not informed about this). If you love to sleep, be informed and be careful about this:)
And the owner of this hotel is not understanding about that problem

We had to leave in 7 days without normal sleep because of football games.
The owner did not return money for 14 days of stay.
