I am sure they have faked 5/5 reviews to make their rating higher than it should be.

My Experience here:
Scammed me put me in a different room than was advertised: disgusting bathroom, broken door, trash dirty room, furniture that looks nothing like the pictures and no hot water my entire stay!!!

When explaining to reception and showing them the room I paid for on Agoda they blamed the entire thing on me even though they clearly were falsely advertising!!

The lady who couldn’t speak English would just type into google translate: “This is your mistake” “These are the same rooms” “This is not the hotels problem”

When I tried to cancel booking they gave me the number of their ‘boss’ to sort it out with him. When I explained over the phone what has happened he just hung up on me…. as I had already paid online there was nothing I could do.

Absolutely 0 customer service I do not recommend booking here. At least book in person rather than online so you can see if you’re gonna get scammed. I warned you.

Too old rooms. Too noisy at night. For several days we've been there - we haven't any room service.
The only advantage is that owner gave us a motorbike for free, so we could get to many different beaches.

If you ever rent a room here, make sure you bring everything necessary like soap, toilet paper etc with you. In 5 days we didn't have any room service.
Our room was smelling disgusting, windows and floors are very dirty and oily! Blankets and linens full of yellowish stains!! There is also a water pump which is working very noisy 24/7! The bathroom is another nightmare : the door is broken so sometimes we were stuck there. No warm water. Worst sleep ever here! Cannot recommend to stay but the staff at the bar is very friendly
