The rooms are very small.
Do not expect you can see ocean from your room.
If you need just a room for sleep yhe hotel is good.
As I say the rooms are very small. Also the beachfront of the hotel is super small. You find there beach bags for sitting but no sunbeds for this is no space. The pool is long so you can nice swimming if you not want go in the stunning ocean.
Breakfast is nothing special just basic.
The location is central chaweng so if you love the chaweng beach and the nightlife perfect.

I had an incredible stay at The Stay. It's a new, clean & modern hotel in a great location. I really enjoyed the unique banana theme they had going on. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Koh Samui.
Pro tip: Ask for a room in the building 4 if you want to be closest to the beach & pool.

I recently stayed at this incredibly chilled beach hotel.it was relaxing, welcoming and effortlessly beautiful. The atmosphere felt warm and laid back, the perfect break from busy everyday life.
The staff are friendly, attentive and genuinely happy to help with anything.
The hotels location is right on the beach and has beautiful views from the comfort of their bright yellow beanbags.
If you're looking for a relaxed getaway with excellent service, unbeatable beachfront setting this is the hotel for you.

This place is the perfect stay — reasonably priced, right on the beach, and the rooms are super cozy. You can literally step outside and jump straight into the ocean.
There’s also a restaurant right next to the stay that does a fire show at 7 PM, which was really fun to watch.
Breakfast was great too, with eggs, hash browns, fresh veggies, and Thai-style fried rice — a really satisfying start to the day.
If I were choosing a place for a long-term stay, I’d definitely stay here.

Great stay at this budget hotel. We were here for 4 nights and cannot complain about a thing. The location was great, right on the beach, which was amazing to wake up early to watch the sunrise, very peaceful and scenic, the sea is very clear.
The hotel has friendly staff, good clean rooms and the a/c worked perfectly. The restaurant was good in the afternoon for the 2-4-1 cocktails while you relax at the pool or the beach. We had a room on the first floor next to the lift, very quiet and we also had a balcony. Would recommend. Outside of the hotel you are very central, close to all restaurants, bars and shops, including 7-11. All in all a great place to stay.

A cool hotel right in the middle of Chaweng. The room is small, but nicely designed and comfortable. The bed is ok and they have smart TV too. The shower is just great in design and function. No room service though. But the restaurant or small beach club Koo Koo is perfect to have breakfast with ocean view and you can rent the paddle board or water bike. Service is great and friendly. Probably not suitable for family with kids, as there is no kids club and because of the building layout, not ideal for guests with disabilities.

Very very disappointing.
So I’ve made a reservation for june 2020. Unfortunaly during the covid pandamic. We weren’t able te come. I’ve tried to make contact with the stay chaweng resort. But they never. Its almost a year later and they wont answer me.

We did not stay at the hotel but came across The Stay and Ook Ook Beach Club as we walked the deserted Chaweng Beach. We ended up hanging out and enjoying ourselves in the pool and at the swim up bar for a few hours. The location is amazing. The View outstanding. The staff super helpful and nice. The vibe was super chill and nice. We did peak into a few of the rooms and they looked super cute. I know when people can travel again this place will be a hit!
