We have stayed at this hotel for many years and we love the location, the new rooms are very spacious and comfortable too..
The reception team are always so helpful and welcoming - Fun has always made sure we are happy with everything. Ton the luggage concierge is great too he welcomes us every time.
The only downside is the breakfast as this could be improved and it so make the stay 10/10
We can’t wait to return to the hotel again

Great hotel with nice amenities. Two large pools, close to the nightlife.. Just remember there are 8 or 9 Andaman hotels in Patong alone.. Don't put the wrong one in your GPS and start walking and have your phone die and lose your passport. This place is a maze to navigate with GPS and next to impossible without it unless you're very familiar and read Thai. Said from experience.

A very professional front office staff that is always friendly and helpful and welcoming to make you feel at home and ready to resolve any request. We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. We stayed in a ground floor room with private pool access, the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.
The location is perfect, relatively close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest.
A little on the expensive side for Phuket but definitely worth it if you enjoy a good quality hotel.

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much.
Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance.
Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile. We'll come back to this hotel again.

Worst resort big shame in the name of hospitality.
No service ...
Worst buffet breakfast no care for guest and kids smelly restaurant with small insect on dining table.
Shameless manager try every bit to make you feel uncomfortable and unsecured and play on your uncertainty.
Rude unwilling and yelling staff.
Rooms are untidy and has no cupboard.
They do not except card for deposit.
Book it and ruin your vacation.

Although it was not a cheap hotel. quality of service was substandard. Just like other reviewers have mentioned, too many signage of penalties and regulations.
- check-in : not friendly. they only accept 3000 Baht cash deposit. Are you expecting all the international customers to bring back local cash back home because this cash is given back only when I check out and head to the airport.
- Towels: I booked a pool access room for two adults. There are only two towels in the room. There are no towels to use for the swimming pool. I asked for extra, and they say I have to make sure to return those extra towels. Do you think I will steal them?
- Breakfast: I have been to so many hotels and resorts, but the breakfast here was by far the worst, even worse than the economic airport hotel. I stayed a day before getting here. no proper cooked food by chef. every single food was so cold, soggy, and chewy. Staffs are just busy chatting and making jokes each other. If you have to stay in this hotel, avoid including breakfast.

From check-in to check-out this place was amazing. One of the best services we have received. A special shout out to Fun who greeted us as we checked in and was so helpful and kind to Fon from the pool bar who was an exceptional person who catered for our every need. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, day tours, beaches, and so much more. This was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back some day!
