I will say the breakfast at Waldorf is very great in town. The cook arranged all the meal with the very great effort.
The interior design is great to reflecting the high price.
Some room's view are very bad. You will see 100% wall specially the back side angle. I feel very disappointed that stay in the room with the wall view for the price over USD400. Finally can't change to other room because of the reason is full house.
The bedding was uncomfortable—the mattress was very hard, and the pillows felt old and overly soft, which made it difficult to rest well. There was also a housekeeping issue during one of the room cleanings, where two of my wife’s Calvin Klein bras were mistakenly taken along with the towels. We would appreciate it if the hotel could locate and return these items.
In addition, the in-room amenities were disappointing. The hairdryer provided was inadequate and not up to the standard expected.
Breakfast was another letdown. The service was poor, the food quality was below expectations, and the pricing felt excessive for what was offered.
Overall, while the stay had its positives, these issues had a notable impact on our satisfaction and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
