After spending the night in your hotel, my daughter woke up with severe insect bites on the right side of her face.
What is most unacceptable is the hotel's handling of the situation:
Lack of Care: The hotel provided no proactive medical assistance. We had to explicitly request help, and even then, we were only given an unidentified lotion that was ineffective.
Negligence: The hotel failed to immediately inspect the bed and pillows to identify the insect.
Because the failed to check the room promptly, we are now unable to tell the doctors what kind of insect bit her, which hinders her recovery. This level of service and hygiene is completely unacceptable. We expect a formal explanation and compensation for this incident immediately.
Decorations is very girly and comfortable.
