Rooms are tired and need updating. Shower dripped loudly for about 30 minutes after every use. The whole hotel needs a bit of love spent on it. There is nothing wrong with it but everything is just brown and scruffy wooden. The staff are really great however, front desk and chaps in the lobby were very helpful. Breakfast I would give a 6/10 for the western dishes and 8/10 Asian breakfast. Again, staff in restaurant were very good.

I decided to try Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke during this trip, and first impressions were great. Check-in was fast and smooth, the front desk was welcoming, and my room was spacious with a big washroom. The bed was comfortable, though I personally prefer firmer pillows.
One night I ordered room service and the food was surprisingly tasty—definitely a plus after a long day out. Location-wise, the hotel scores high marks: it’s right across from both MRT and BTS stations, and Terminal 21 is just a short walk away.
However, the stay wasn’t perfect. The bell hops really let the Hilton name down. They didn’t greet guests, rarely smiled, and sometimes even avoided eye contact after initially seeing you—quite a contrast to the friendly front desk and housekeeping team. The pool felt small for the size of the hotel, and while there’s a gym, I didn’t get around to using it.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient base in Bangkok, but it lacked that warm, attentive service I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

Generally everything is great, nice hotel lobby, nice & cozy room, great location (near mrt and bts train stations, opposite of Terminal 21 shopping mall, nice staff service, except for the breakfast, very normal tasting, nothing fantastic.................

Friendly, courteous, and genuinely warm, she made sure we had everything we needed. On her recommendation, we visited Chocolate Ville, and my kids absolutely loved it—great tip!

The room is spacious, big bed and comfortable. Their breakfast is fabulous, including handcrafted coffee which u can choose from, a la carte menu to order, and the breakfast buffet.
Staff is friendly, speak fluent English. Lobby and breakfast place (cafe) is comfortable and relax.
The only downside was the water pressure is not big enough.

Amazing little hotel! We loved our stay here. The rooms, the decor, the breakfast and the location were all superb...but best of all were the lovely staff who were kind, friendly and attentive throughout. They really made us feel welcome and cared for.
From a location point of view, it's in a great area for seeing a bit of Bangkok, and close to both the MRT blue line and the Skytrain.
The rooftop pool has a little gym (treadmill, etc) and a bit of space to chill out on the decking.

Tints of blue residence has figured out the perfect location to feel like a peaceful quiet getaway in a busy city. Loved the decor and plants it was such a nice touch, also the breakfast was incredible and the staff were wonderful, can’t recommend this place enough. Also there is no need to take the 10-15 minute walk through the alley way to get to the city just follow the signs and it will lead you through a neighbouring property, easy 30 second walk.

Lovely small boutique style hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit area. Lovely decorated rooms, small kitchenette, comfy bed, A/C. Just a short walk to Sukhumvit and Asok Station, but calm area. Tasty breakfast with small buffet, different Thai options available each day, but also some western style basics. Original Thai or American/English breakfast can be choose a la cart. Super friendly staff. Great value for money. Overall, highly recommended. Hope to stay there soon again!

The best boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. If you relish attention to detail in interior design, enjoy hot breakfasts, cocktails and infinity pools under starlight inner city skyscrapers, this is the hotel for you. Every inch of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, filled with a mid century charm fused with bohemian Thai accents. The service was immaculate, as we're the rooms, bathroom products and thoughtful freebie snacks. The location was buzzy and easy to get around from. I will be back next time in Bangkok!
