This should NEVER be rated as a 4 star hotel. Maybe a lodge or motel. This is more like a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. It’s big 2 bedroom with lounge and kitchen, but it’s filthy and the rooms are dated. After a 20 hour travel time to be greeted by this type of hotel was heartbreaking.. I would have rather have stayed at a hotel with smaller rooms but actually 4 or 5 star! There are so so many better hotels to stay at in Bangkok for the same price (and unfortunately I only learnt this after booking my stay and arriving in Bangkok). I paid peak rates and booked for a week, and when I requested to get a refund after the 2nd night and leave early as I was not happy with the hotel EVEN after changing my room, my request was denied! When requesting a better room, I was told they are at capacity, so I can’t understand why not refund me to go to another hotel, since this hotel was so “in demand and fully booked”. Sinks were cracked, rooms were stuffy, there’s no view except dirty unpainted buildings, aircons were loud, shower door couldn’t open without hitting toilets, bathrooms were gross and cramped.

Bangkok is beautiful, the malls, the parks, the culture but this hotel was a complete disaster!! There’s no view unless you go up to the pool that isn’t heated and closes too early, doesn’t even allow drinks at the pool.
Terrible hotel, such a misconception as being advertised as a 4 star graded hotel by Google and a 5 star by booking.com

As for the breakfast, we tried it just one day and wouldn’t dare go back…

If you looking for a budget type, low class hotel just to sleep then maybe this is for you..

Definitely will return to Bangkok but not a hotel that I will be returning to..

If you enjoy brushing your teeth in the company of cockroaches, being woken up by loud elevators in the middle of the night, broken floors due to water damage, long lines for a minimal breakfast, non-adequate space by the pool and having your room downgraded due to smoke smell, this might (not) be for you. Better spend 30 usd more and get something truly 5-star. However the security guard was amazing and the location is great 👍

Not as advertised!! This hotel advertised amazing views and jacuzzi bathtub in the room but lied. For the price, and for the neighborhood I do not think it is worth it. My room is large but has no bath tub and the view is not nice. For this price or less I could find so much better.

I came here wanting to treat myself to a super luxury room (thinking it would be that) but I could have paid half the price for a nicer place.

There is a community "hot tub" that is the size if a personal tub and it was luke-warm and very visibly dirty. They told me I could use that but when I asked to cancel my reservation or to switch rooms they refused. I am pretty upset with how much money I just spent on this place thinking it would be something totally different.

Urbana Sathorn is much better! I stayed there and had a lovely time!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The building and the room we received felt very old and worn out. Everything seemed low quality, and you could feel cost-cutting everywhere — even small details like the extremely thin toilet paper and tissues.

We only booked for two nights, but even on the second night the tea bags were not replenished. The view from the room was terrible.

The most unpleasant part of our stay was the strong smell in the room. When we first checked in, it seemed like a very strong air freshener had just been sprayed. Once that artificial scent faded, there was a very noticeable unpleasant odor coming from the carpet — possibly urine or just a strong smell of dampness and lack of freshness. It was very uncomfortable to stay in the room because of this.

Cleanliness was also below expectations. The room did not feel properly cleaned, the bed linen had stains, and there were visible signs of dust and poor housekeeping. At breakfast, the floor was also dirty and stained, which created the same impression of inadequate cleaning standards.

The breakfast itself was disappointing, with constant queues and issues finding seating.

We didn’t even check the pool or the gym. We had previously stayed in two neighboring hotels in the same area, and they were absolutely amazing and not comparable at all. I would strongly recommend paying a little more and choosing a different option. In Bangkok, there are many much better hotels and suites available.

Well located hotel.
We had the studio king and the room have a decent size. Requested to be quiet and it was, plus in a high floor so we could enjoy the view.
The room was cleaned everyday.
Friendly and professional staffs.
Ok breakfast. Haven't try the room service.
Nice pool with great view.

So far the 2 things which could change/improve:
1) The microwave in the room which is clearly not user friendly. We had to download the user manual and even after that it was a nightmare to make it work correctly. This particular brand (Teka) is one of the worst... please change.
2) The toilet seat is really low, not sure why they selected that particular model... Again could be improved...

Pretty big room on the 29th floor. Pretty nice hotel I should say.

We stayed in 2-bedroom executive suite from 5-15 Aug 2017 and again 28 Aug-2 Sep 207. We found the room was small and dated. The rooms are required refurbishments. Washing machine is available in some of 2-bedroom suite. Luckily we got one. You may request this to the hotel upon making the reservation. 1 Pan & 1 pot are not enough for cooking. We brought new set from Big C. Fast checkin and helpful bellboy. The hotel is in good location. You can walk to Central Chidlom, Sogo, Big C, Siam Paragon and 7/11. BTS and Lumpini Park are also close by.

Everything is perfect, the pool, the location and even the lobby but the room's coffee table has sharp corners..scrapped my foot like just now. Its not that bad but for babies and other young people under 5 or so will feel much worse.

Helpful conceige team but not the front desk staff. Good spread for breakfast . 3 bedroom suite has large space for a group of 5 but rooms a little dated, may need some maintenance.
