Overall a good hotel, many breakfast options! Service was great!

The room has good pool side view.
The location of the hotel is a little bit far from public transportation.

The environment here is great, and Ctrip even upgraded our room. The pool isn't big, but the view is excellent, surrounded by tall buildings. For breakfast, the pineapple was especially delicious.

My room was facing the main road and the noise from the traffic is quite loud, even late at night. But the location is convenient with access to many restaurants

I arrived at the hotel at 2 am in the morning and they told me that they made a mistake and that I had to pay more than 2000 baht to sleep there. I normally pay my mistake but I was forced to call a new taxi and get an other reservation…this was not the way to behave

Great location. Away from the major noise of the city but close enough to be in the heart of everything. Plenty to do around if you don’t want to go anywhere.

Large spacious room, great location, close by to shopping, restaurant dan night market and few offices. Bangkok biggest park within walking distance. Good value for money.

The hotel pictures are accurate, but the hygiene conditions are generally poor! Firstly, the lobby looks decent and the air conditioning is strong. However, the moment I stepped into the elevator, it instantly felt like being outside – small, hot, and stuffy! I hope the hotel upgrades the elevator, especially since guests use it so frequently every day!

Once inside, the room size was alright, pretty much as expected. But all the sofas were fabric, and if they're fabric, please make sure they're clean. They looked visibly dirty. So, we covered them with bath towels the entire time (changed every two days). The room came with a kitchen, but the washing machine was incredibly difficult to use. It was an old-fashioned mechanical one, from IKEA, with severely aged door and buttons. I specifically chose this place because I needed a washing machine for a longer stay, but it turned out to be just a 'working' washing machine – don't expect it to be new or have good features!!

The bathroom size was also appropriate, with a separate wet and dry area, and it was relatively clean. However, the showerhead in the shower stall was an old, wall-mounted handheld model, very worn out. I suggest bringing your own universal showerhead (with a filter); they're cheap on Taobao and at least you'll feel better about it! The hot water wasn't particularly fast!

The headboard in the bedroom was also fabric, posing the same issue. It looked visibly unclean, to say the least. Modern fabric cleaning technology is very good; if you're not going to replace the furniture, I strongly recommend deep cleaning! All the air conditioners in the room were the oldest type, and the one in the bedroom was quite noisy. It even leaked water during my stay, and the repairman's method was astonishing: he vacuumed up the water from the carpet, then just wiped the surface, and that was it. I was speechless. Perhaps it was a language barrier making communication difficult!

The room came with a small balcony, but it was very close to the entire building's external AC units. Since it's not central air conditioning, it was constantly noisy! The noise was really loud! The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable; if possible, bring your own! The funniest thing was the duvet. We're used to having two duvets, and when we asked the staff, they said we'd have to pay for an extra one! I've heard of paying for an extra bed, but never for an extra duvet! It's simply incomprehensible!

Additionally, I have to complain about the lighting throughout the room. It had spotlights, downlights, floor lamps, and table lamps. The table lamp was broken on our first day, and after telling the front desk, it was never replaced even after a month. The reason we didn't pursue it further was that the overall light sources were old and suffering from light decay, so the room was incredibly dim at night. An old, broken table lamp wouldn't have made much difference anyway, so we didn't push the issue.

Finally, about the pool – it was okay. Maybe we just chose times when there weren't many people, but there's really nothing worth photographing there!

I hope the hotel takes these issues regarding facilities and service seriously. I look forward to seeing improvements!

It’s actually not so bad , reasonable price and service , spacious room and great view . The car parking need to renovate.
