As always the staff in TL in general and this hotel were great. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from NANA BTS at the end of a road in a very quiet place. This means you can get a good night of sleep. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. There is a small gym and pook is ok but not outstanding.
Here are 2 things that i think the hotel needs to do to attracct returning customers such as myself.
There is a persistent foul odor in the loby area only. At first i thought it was due to a temporarley construction , but after staying for 5 days it never went away. Then the shower head in both of my stays in two different rooms had the same low quality drip-drip water pressure. I travel in all asian countries for the last 20 years, I can say this was the worst shower head i have ever experieanced. I can overlook the lobby odor but the shower head is a deal braker for me.
