Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok in Bangkok

This is my 5th stay here. Was supposed to be there last year but our flight had to turn around due to the earthquake.
So thankful to be able to be back here this year for my anniversary!
Thank you to the staff for preparing the cake and card in the room.
We landed around 8pm and ordered Grab food to be delivered to the hotel when we were on the way. Grateful that the bellmen helped to keep the food neatly before we even arrived.
I've always felt so welcomed upon arrival at Centara Watergate. Be it at the driveway at L1, or lobby at L9. Staff are so helpful and always ready to assist guests.
Check-in was swift at 9+pm and our luggages were sent to the room shortly after we entered.
Was surprised that the room have been refurbished this time. It looks brighter, no more broken flooring, lesser moulding in the washroom, new sofa and chair too!
Whenever we needed items like ice, cutleries and bowls, etc. they were sent over really swiftly!
Something which I think this hotel goes above and beyond: they send out a guest survey (email) when you check-in, and they actually read the feedback. They replied, and delivered an additional hairdryer to my room when I was out in the daytime after seeing my feedback. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it.

This is my third time staying at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel and I still like it a lot. Ever since it was recommended to me, I’ve been coming back whenever I’m in Bangkok.
The hotel has a nice vibe and ambience, rooms are comfortable and most importantly quiet, so I always sleep really well here.
Facilities are good — there’s a gym and massage on Level 9.
Location is honestly one of the best parts. It’s walking distance to Big C and CentralWorld, and there’s a sheltered bridge to the BTS🌟
Overall, it’s a good, comfortable hotel in a great location. Highly recommended, especially if you like convenience and a peaceful stay.

Overall service and experience with this hotel is excellent. Receive welcome from lobby staff upon arrival. Luggage were send to your room, while you proceed to reception to check-in. Room was tiny and clean. Lighting was good and sufficient. Toilet was clean, only issue was the water leaking out of the bath area after bathing. Can leave luggage at recep for storage after 12pm checkout. Ground staff was friendly and even follow up if your grab ride has arrived or not and chat with you. Whole 3d2n stay was good. I'm quite picky on hotel stays so i do recommend this hotel for everyone.

But unfortunately the internet was weak .. not that stable.

It’s quite an underrated hotel that is affordable and yet close to the main area in Bangkok. You probably will need A 5-6 mins walk after alighting from the train station. The room is also surprisingly good, clean and modern.

I really wanna applaud the front desk team that is present in the morning of 19th Jan. Right from the start, as I am walking to the hotel. Security was directing me, ground staffs kept wanting to help me carry my luggage, the front desk staffs ask me to take a seat and hand me all the docs to sign when I seated comfortably with a cold drink. They even rush the room to be ready at 11am so I can check in early. As my flight is at 8pm, they extend my stay for 1 hr and offer to store my luggage while waiting.. I was also surprised by their bdae treat! Amazing Stay!! The amenities in the room is wonderful too! They offer me very useful train map to move around using public transport. a short 5mins walk will bring you to pratunam pier where you can travel w/o traffic jam

This is my second stay. It is clean and in good location. However I don’t understand why we need to place a 2000 baht security deposit.

An extremely pleasant stay at Centara Watergate, rooms are very clean and most importantly it’s a highly rated hotel in the middle of all major attractions, and is only 9 mins walking distance from Ratchaprarop Airport Link station.

Hotel staff were extremely hospitable; front desk, restaurant and entrance staff. Shout out to Mr Wanlop for his assistance with communicating with our Grab driver and helping us with baggage up the veh.

Very nice spread for the morning breakfast too.

Thanks to all staff for this pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would return personally. 👍🏼💪🏽

The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT, with easy access to both the Airport Rail Link and BTS. It is close to Big C and Central World, and there are multiple 7-Eleven stores just downstairs. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
