Reasonable but no frills hotel .. Location great near plenty of bars & restaurants and pool lovely .. No kettle or safe in the room and carpets in the room shabby .. but otherwise was fine .

The service was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the location was great. You couldn't hear any night noise from the area.

The entry was a round handle door knob and key- one easily opened. As per usual in thailand, the electricity to the unit turned off once the fob was removed from the slot in the wall. This was my first thailand hotel, so I was confused and surprised. Also as such it took forever for the room to cool down, things to charge, and a drink to cool in the fridge.
The shower has no curtain, and the whole bathroom floor was soaked within seconds- the floor sloped incorrectly, so I had to use all my towels to push it to the drain so I could use the toilet.

I made the mistake of checking the mattress fkr bugs as I’m used to- I lifted the sheet and was horrified. The mattress looked like it had been soaked in dried blood.
I didn’t touch the bed again and used the other, thankfully I was given a room with two.
I chose my sanity and didn’t look at the one I slept in, and left quickly in the morning.

Conveniently situated close to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok with a regular shuttle service. The approach is less than impressive but the resort is delightful once through the gates. Two restaurants - one Thai, one international - a decent pool and a reasonable small gym. There is a peaceful attractive canal running along one side with swing seats to enjoy relaxation. Highly recommended for a stopover in Bangkok.

I stayed in this hotel many times, but no more… it’s unbelievable how much they increased the price in the last years, 200€ for a double room? Are you crazy? I prefer go to Marriott for 250€.
They just renewed the reception a little bit and they think they can charge 4 times more per night.
The rooms are still the same, small and old style decoration with red carpet in the floor. Nice but not for the price.

Service is shit. Do not recommend at all. Food quality was upsetting. They charge too much for the quality, which I haven't received. One of the worst place I have ever stayed in. Zero respect towards clients. Save your money for something better

The worse place to stay! I really regret spending my money here. Breakfast didn't have much options at all, food is too oily. The Indian guy was super rude. I didn't expect such lack of hospitality. The manager and staff just allowed that to happen, cenę if i went with an complain. Overpriced for nothing. Do no recommend
