iWualai Hotel in Chiang Mai City

Excellent hotel. Great location and very nice breakfast. We will stay here again.

I-wualai is simply fantastic. The room is clean n spacious, breakfast was amazing especially the taco. Also free flow of bottles of water and free coffee, snacks n etc from 2pm - 6pm.

Highly recommended if anyone wish to visit Chiangmai and stay for a week. Absolutely Worth the value

A really nice hotel, location was great as well, though we missed the Wualai Saturday street, so we can’t comment on that. For the price it’s really a great value.

We were also greeted by really good front desk service staff when we checked in. The rooms were very clean, though 1 of the rooms had a musty smell. Breakfast variety were changed daily, and it’s tasty. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in this area!

It wasn’t a place with great facilities or a well-prepared breakfast.
The swimming pool was also quite small.
However, the staff were truly hardworking and very kind.
We had a pleasant stay with our 4-year-old child.

Breakfast were good.
Staffs were friendly n helpful.

Perfect stay for our 4 nights day tour excursions around Chiangmai & Chiangrai. Tour operators will pickup from this hotel. The Hotel is modern design, basic needs are met. The staff were amazing, they speak English and ever helpful to your needs. I had requested fresh towels and housekeeping team was lovely to provide and make up the room daily. Location was its plus point, very close to nightly food street where the best hawker foods can be savoured. We didnt stay on weekends so we didnt throng the Wualai night market which is popular. Buffet breakfast started early so that gave us time to have breakfast before our pickup at 7 am-7.30am. The food varies daily and it was tasty. Loved their Espresso coffee machine..with touch screens to select your style of coffee. Variety of seasonal cut fresh fruits in the fridge including bottles of water. Will book again if in Chiangmai. Will recommend to friends to stay. Thankyou I-Wualai for making our stay comfortable and memorable. So wanna come back again soon!
