Good location. The staff is amazing.
The king size bed is huge and very comfy
Breakfast is good, but I think it could have a little more fruits.

You may hear a little beep beep from the outside, from the front building. But they provide earplugs.

I stayed for 2nights, the room is clean and very quiet and nice service , location also convenient close to Thaprae Gate , only walk 2minutes to the Chiangmai Sunday market

The hotel is in a good location about a 5min walk to tha phea gate,the reception staff are all friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. Not the biggest choice at breakfast but had some different dishes everyday we stayed. Would stay here again.

I like this hotel for the location and the service provided. The room is clean and equipped with everything that I required. The location is near phae gate and all the sat/sun night market. But because the hotel is located at a small lane, most pickup will stop at the main road instead at the lobby m this is not a big deal at all. The breakfast buffer is decent considered good for the price I paid for the room.

Not a fancy hotel but just good enough for a quick stay. The room size is good and modern looking. I think for the price I paid it is up to my expectations. Front desk folks were friendly.

This was a great place to stay. Very attentive staff at the front desk. The room cleaning was exceptional. The breakfast could have been better, but it's okay to get you going. A great location in the old quarter.

Nice stay clean and chic hotel. Receptionist very friendly. Very helpful in explaining during check in. Hotel come with breakfast. Breakfast choices is enough eg rice ham sausage bread yogurt coffee and fruit. Room is ample for me.

The room was clean and tidy, perfect for working. The lobby on the ground floor had plenty of chairs, great for relaxing. It's my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. The only thing that needs improvement is the slow Wi-Fi.

The staff is soooooo nice and welcoming, rooms are soacious, location is great and the cleaning is PERFECT! ✨✅

The buffet breakfast is also amazing and you can also Just walk in for the breakfast as a non-hotel customer - for 150thb/person from 6:30-10:30 am. 🥐

There is also an amazing workspace at the lobby. 💻

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
