Great affordable little hotel in a quiet laneway just off the most.
Great location across from the Old City and walking distance from everything.
Very family friendly with a great buffet breakfast included.
Rooms are of a high quality and very spacious and the beds are so comfortable.
They have adjoining rooms with large bed in one and twin beds in other, one overlooking the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids and chill on your balcony.
Great little pool you can relax in and safe for kids, not too deep and private.
Drinks, snacks and souvenirs available at desk and good price.
The staff are great and very helpful with tours or private car with driver.
Will be back.

Our room is very comfortable. The staffs are so welcoming and helpful especially P'Art. The location is very strategic and near to the tourist spots and very accessible. Highly recommended.

This place is a nice budget spot with a lot of style and good atmosphere. The staff are nice, they let us check in at 7am for a 400 baht fee which is alright. The rooms are pretty spacious. The breakfast isn't anything to write home about and I recommend not pre purchasing the breakfast on booking.com as it's cheaper at the hotel to just pay that day. However the wifi here is ass, it works well in the lobby but in the rooms it can be hard to even watch a video sometimes. It was hard to work and take calls with the wifi. For any other nomads I'm posting the internet speeds from the first floor. Cool place but it definitely needs an internet/network upgrade

Well located hotel, just outside the Old City Walls. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the free ice creams after check out while we were waiting for our taxi to Chiang Mai airport were appreciated!

Great location and friendly staff. Lane that it's on is very narrow and sometimes hard for Grab cars to find or get into.
Rooms are cramped and has poor ergonomics.
Hardly any space on the bathroom counter or place to hang towel when showering.
Only 2 pegs on the wall for hanging clothes. No mirror in our room by the window as seen in listing photos.
Balcony is non-smoking.
Walls are extremely thin, can hear the TV and conversation from other rooms at night and doors banging, running in the corridor in the morning.
Pool is right in front of the lobby/next to the road and we didn't see anyone using it.
The included breakfast is not fancy but good enough for a simple and light stomach filler. Coffee is decent.
