The place is cozy and is near to One Nimman shopping mall, just minutes away. Bedroom is spacious, ammenities are good. Overall a gem in the city.

Overall location is super good, walking distance 5 mins to One nimman, with plenty of boutiques and eateries nearby. However, I think the services provided are OK, not exceptional just OK

The room was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and even offered free snacks, instant noodles, and ice. The location was convenient. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but the staff were happy to help carry our luggage.

A super beautiful hotel in Nimman, quiet yet central. It feels like staying in an old Shanghai villa, very comfortable inside. Room service is incredibly prompt, and everything is very clean. Highly recommend it to friends visiting Chiang Mai!

The room exceeded my expectations – I was really pleased! The hotel's location is excellent; there's a fantastic coffee shop right outside, and their sandwiches are delicious. It's also super convenient for getting to Maya Mall and One Nimman. The room itself is spacious, and the bathroom is huge. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and, despite being on Nimman Road, it wasn't too noisy. It was within walking distance to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center and One Nimman. There were plenty of coffee shops nearby, and a 7-Eleven less than a minute's walk away. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and were very welcoming. Although there's no elevator, they helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. The area around the hotel was very lively.

However, the shower drain was a bit slow. Also, if you ate in the room and didn't clean up right away, there would be ants the next morning (I feel like this is common in Thailand). But once we started calling housekeeping daily, we didn't have that problem anymore.

Overall, the hotel had a great vibe, making our stay very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend the coffee shop across the street – their dirty coffee is delicious! If I visit Chiang Mai again, I'd definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Nimman Road. Downstairs, there's a popular linen store, and directly across the street is a super famous curry noodle shop. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find eight hundred champion coffee shops, Maya Mall, and One Nimman. It's a shame I only managed to book it for one night; I would recommend this place to all my friends!

Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! The value for money is outstanding. It's similar to an economy chain hotel back home, but it's adults-only, which is an absolute godsend for someone like me who's a light sleeper. Even though it seems to be fully booked every day, it's incredibly quiet. There are signs in the public areas asking guests to keep noise down, which I really appreciate. Plus, the breakfast menu changes daily, and the staff are even more cheerful than the guests – you can really tell they're passionate about their work and genuinely love their jobs. They even have a lovely barista who'll make your coffee!
