The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The breakfast was especially good, and the location was also great. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel is located in an alley off the main road, and the room offers a great view. The hotel breakfast is definitely worth trying! There's a wide variety of Thai-style dishes, and coffee, tea, milk, and mineral water are available all day. The staff are all very warm and friendly, and you can rent bicycles for free at the hotel. There are also two cat employees! The only drawbacks are that the air conditioning's dehumidifying function isn't great, and the bathroom drainage is very slow, leading to water accumulation.

Would definitely stay again! I loved the bed! It was so comfortable, minimalist, and clean. The breakfast selection changed a bit every day and was delicious! It has a unique charm, which I also really liked.

Remember to borrow the hotel's free bikes; they're excellent for cycling around the old town and market. It's also very quiet for sleeping, and the morning views are lovely. Breakfast is quite ample.

The location is great, very close to Chiang Mai University. The room was spacious, clean, and had a big floor-to-ceiling window. The front desk staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared. The common areas are also nice.

Everything was so great, I can’t think of a reason not to come back next time! The staffs were super friendly, polite, and helpful, and their English was excellent. The bed was comfy and clean, breakfast was tasty, and they even have two adorable chubby cats.

I enjoyed the conversations with your staff during breakfast, especially with KT. She is very polite and willing to help in every way. On the 3rd day of our stay, we couldn't sleep much due to the noises which we expressed our concern to KT at breakfast time. She is very understanding and think in the clients' shoes. She immediately offered to change the room which faced to the mountains and very quiet. I have wonderful sleep at night.
Pai and Nam also provided professional services and showed the hospitality of Chiang Mai.
I totally understand why BED has great ratings and good reputation on Google and I will recommend your hotel to all my friends.
