The breakfast is very poor and monotonous. Only toast, one type of salami, juice, fruit, one way of preparing eggs, which are served in a cold dish. During the last visit they at least arranged sun loungers by the pool.

Great location, but the facilities are really outdated. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere. It felt like a hotel from the 90s! The staff were very friendly, but this place definitely needs a renovation.

The hotel is in a good location in the old town about ten minutes walk away from the Sunday night market. There’s an area for parking and a swimming pool adjacent to the parking area. There’s rooms are a bit jaded. The place could use a make over. I found the lighting in the room wasn’t bright enough.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. For the price I think it’s worth it for a couple of nights.

Very old and dated hotel, rooms had poor maintenance, shower's didn't work, safe was out of action/ locks jammed.
Breakfast was terrible, lack of choices.
Only saving grace was it's within walking distances to the old town, night markets and on of the best Thai local restaurant, "Garden to Table" in old town.👍

Staff were really helpful, guiding is bike rentals, salons, food and places recommendations. Bike rental shop was right across the street, as well as convenience stores and restaurants.

The room was spacious and bright, but it lacked basic amenities for guests. Perhaps it hadn't been occupied for a while, as there was dust on the table and chairs, and the air conditioning remote was unreliable. The soundproofing wasn't great either; I could hear the TV from next door all night, which made it hard to sleep.

Great location, room was clean and staff friendly. On down fall is the breakfast. The standard cold fried eggs, hotdog sausage and precessed ham in water

Everything is going well except Sunday morning breakfast, too many people come in at the same time when door opens. I came in only 30 minutes after door opened, there was no seats left. After seat was available, then no food. Need to wait for a while. Complain to front desk, he can not do anything.

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
