Le Bis Hotel in Chiang Mai City

Bebe gives exceptional service. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel is small and well run. Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely Muslim-friendly hotel right in the heart of Chiang Mai, making travel super convenient. If you're planning a trip here, I highly recommend it! The breakfast is also quite delicious.

Good hotel for the price and manager Beebee is kind. She can arrange all the tours for you and is super helpful. You can ask her anything. Plus Netflix available in the room.

A Pleasant Stay with Exceptional Service
This is a small and charming hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City, and very close to the Chabad House.

The Rooms: While the rooms are small, they are clean, and comfortable.

The Location: Excellent for anyone looking for easy access to the Old City sites and the services of the Chabad House.

Exceptional Service (The Highlight!): The staff at the reception are incredibly kind, welcoming, and willing to help with everything, even matters not directly related to the hotel. The hotel also provides a useful service for booking activities and tours in the area.

Personal Story – Thank You, Don! On our first day in Thailand, we hired a driver to the mall who didn't speak English. By mistake, we paid him $100 instead of 100 Baht. Don from the reception came to our rescue! He spent about two hours on the phone with the driver, who clearly had no intention of returning the money, until he convinced him to come back to the hotel and refund the difference. Don saved our day (and our money)! Thank you so much, Don!

The staff provide good service. There is covered parking. The room size is compact.

The location is ok...but the pictures on Trip.com don't match the reality...the breakfast is terrible, food trays very dirty and rusty/no choice of food,...the bathroom has no hot water...the bathroom extractor is very dirty...the bed frame is damaged, the pillowcases are torn and tattered...the air conditioner in the reception area is moldy and very very un healthy. This could be a good hotel, but needs bew staff snd some money spending.....do NOT stay here..

Le Bis Hotel’s room is a bit smaller than I expected, but the staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast options are quite limited, though. Overall, the location is super convenient and easy to travel around.

First time in Chiang Mai, staying at this hotel is a pleasant one. Rooms are compact but comfy. Location wise very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and also the Anusarn Night market. The staff here makes you feel like home.

Definitely will stay here again for holiday trip

It’s a really nice little hotel just outside of the inner city. The price was also very good and budget friendly. The manager, BeeBee, was the best!
She assisted us in every way possible. She organised tickets for the Loi Kratong festival for us and our friends, who didn’t even stay in the hotel. She even gave us discounts!
It didn’t matter what we asked her, she always came up with a solution.
The rooms are small but comfortable and clean.

Overall we had a great time in Chiang Mai while staying at the Le Bis Hotel!
