Lovely place- friendly staff. Only annoyance was only getting one keycard.
Pool was tested daily! (Witnessed them doing water samples)
Pretty slippers to keep, central location, full breakfast. Free laundry machines were a terrific perk.
Also- Kat’s kitchen nearby is phenomenal food

The place is immaculate! The staff are incredible! There’s laundry on site…for free! Breakfast is delicious! Conveniently located right on the edge of Old City and a very short walk to the infamous Sunday night market. Pool is right in the middle of the courtyard which is a nice welcome cool treat from day trips Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

This was the best out of the three hotels I stayed at in Chiang Mai. After transitioning from my first night here to a different hotel for the second night, I immediately wanted to come back but unfortunately, there were no rooms available. The location is excellent and very convenient for people who like to walk everywhere.

Fantastic! The breakfast was great, and the fruit was super fresh. The location is absolutely perfect, right outside Tha Phae Gate with tons of food, drinks, and entertainment options nearby. I had a really wonderful and relaxing week.

The decor is very unique, and it's clean and hygienic. The service is excellent.

This is a great hotel in the heart of the old city. It's easy to walk to everything within the old city walls from this hotel. The pool was a very nice amenity and the washing machines on the third floor were a huge help to us in the middle of our trip to wash loads of clothes. The washers are first come, first claim. There isn't a dryer but they have clothes lines and clothes pins for guests to hang their clothes to dry. The rooms are nicely appointed. They aren't fancy, but they are clean and have enough of what a traveler needs to get a good night's sleep.

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
