Namton Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai City

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent - close to everything you might need, including great restaurants, markets, and attractions. We had actually booked a room at another hotel as well but quickly regretted that decision after experiencing the warm hospitality here. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and charming - truly one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Sand, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She handed us a Namtoon made map to find our way around the city. She also gave us great recommendations on where to eat, suggested small changes to improve our itinerary continuously, and pointed out must-see spots we wouldn’t necessarily have discovered on our own. We truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. 10/10.

I had a truly enchanting stay at the Nampton Boutique Hotel! From the moment I entered my room, adorned with traditional Thai decor and charming yellow hearts on the floor, I knew I was in for a treat. The pool was my happy place, where I enjoyed vigorous swim workouts. Best of all, the hotel's front lobby was a wonderful hub of adventure, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to plan amazing tours for me. I was sad to say goodbye after four perfect nights, but I'll always treasure the memories of my stay at this unique and special hotel.

Great place in the old town. Beautiful rooms, in the old style. Its clean, Very friendly staff, the receptionist tells a lot about the old town.
There is no breakfast but when you walk out of the hotel and cross the street there is a nice place where you can have a good breakfast

The amount of dust is relatively large, but the service is very good.

This hotel is truly wonderful! We booked it in November last year and brought our four cats to stay in Thailand.

Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm their pet policy, since some reviews mentioned deposits or cleaning fees. The staff kindly explained that as long as our cats didn’t damage the room or make a mess, there would be no extra charges. They even said, “Take care of the room like you take care of your pets,” and affectionately called us the “cat team.” That really touched me.

Our flight arrived around midnight, and we were worried no one would be available to check us in. But the hotel assured us there would be 24-hour staff on duty, which gave us peace of mind. Because we were traveling with pets, we also asked them to remove fragile items from the room before our arrival. The housekeeping team arranged it immediately. The whole communication process was smooth and warm.

After check-in, we requested that no cleaners enter our room to avoid scaring the cats. The hotel completely understood and promised to inform all staff. Whenever we needed fresh towels or bedding, we could simply contact the front desk. Their understanding and care for guests with pets went far beyond what we expected.

Overall, the environment was comfortable, and the service was very attentive. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the entire experience was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We booked here for 2 nights. The staff allowed us to check in early, which is a hard thing to come by in this country. We were celebrating an anniversary and there was a vase of fresh cut roses on our room! The decor is Lanna inspired and looks like an antique shop with a bed and shower. The bed was firm and had plenty of pillows
Air-conditioner worked and was quiet. The restaurant wasn't open but we eat out so it wasn't an issue. There is access to a pool around the corner and towels are provided. The bathroom was huge. No minibar but a small fridge with water. Out room had a balcony overlooking the road. Great value for the money. Thank you Namton Boutique Hotel!

Enthusiastic and lively staff provide very useful information, and the environment is very clean and lovely.

Opposite the hotel is a motorcycle shop, which is highly recommended for renting motorcycles and moving around.

All day trips can be picked up here, and if you don't rent a car, you can also walk to the major attractions in the ancient city.

I will come back to stay here again, the Thai wooden house is so lovely. Thank you, I sincerely recommend this hotel.

Good to stay

Amazing, after horrible flight and lost luggage they really made us feel so welcome and at relaxed, the rooms are spotless bed super comfortable, decor super cute, just special, we had little balcony to have nightcap and see the world go by, close walk to everything and even being on the street is quiet inside the room, plus selection of English channels always welcome addition
PS : only negative as you cannot be in the balcony and have air-conditioning on at the same time as the hot air comes out into little enclosed balcony

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with very chatty and friendly staff. The two ladies was excellent helped me with my tours. The location of the hotel is like 10 minutes from the airport right in the whole city plenty of restaurants shops bars, all within a couple of minutes. The hotel is so quirky and unique. You would think you was in a 17 century castle in England, I would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to my next trip to go back and stay with them.
