Great service and room. Only shower though, wish they had a bathtub! The hotel staff were lovely, helpful. The indoor lobby was quiet enough to work while the outdoor patio was a nice spot for people watching and soaking up winter weather outside in CNX. Location-wise it is very central, right on the night market strip and less than a min from Watsons, 7-11 and a lot of food options. This is a good location if you want to be in the heart of it all.

Old hotel that has been refurbishes. Ac is noisy, cold but can not be controlled, cant even switch off. Location is ok. Suite room big, but bathroom... too small wish they refurbish that too

Great location and a fantastic breakfast — perfect for sightseeing in Chiang Mai. Rooms were comfy, and tidy with huge bed. Check-in was a bit slow and needs improvement, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

This has been my go-to hotel every time I visit Chiang Mai for the past 9 years! It's in a great location with plenty of food, entertainment, and shopping nearby, all at a reasonable price. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely a hotel worth returning to again and again!

Second time I have stay at Dusit. Hotel is always very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large , ensuite is very nice. Locations is perfect . Walk across the street to night markets and the night street food. Short tuk tuk or grab to all everything else Chiang Mai has to offer
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
All in all it’s a great stay.

Very clean lobby and rooms. Pleasant staff. I read that it was renovated recently, and found that it was similarl pleasantly updated with a touch of design. The best feature was the pickup and drop-off at the front of the hotel was super convenient and a short walk up into the lifts, there’s a little porch for the cars to turn in. Big C, watsons, night markets and even a Macs just opposite was really nice before early mornign tours. Breakfast had a neat selection of local (khao soi on weekends) and continental. I didnt use the pool or gym. Overall strong 3 stars, maybe 4 stars in Chiang Mai.

It is at the heart of the Chiangmai City, Big C, Might Bazar are all within 5 min walk from the hotel.

Room is very good, however we stayed at the lower floor, we couldn't see anything outside the windows as it is blocked by the other building.

Swimming Pool and Gym are nice as well. You can order food and drink and spend the whole day there.

Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice, and the restaurant is very spacious.

I will definitely come again.
