Kokotel Chiang Mai Nimman in Chiang Mai City

Very strategic and convenient location!
In front of the Chiang Mai University night market!

The quad room was a bit cramped, but the double room was just right. You'll hear planes flying overhead at night, but the view is quite nice. It's very close to Nimman Road, within walking distance, so it's a convenient place to stay.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The room may not be newly renovated, but it was very nicely decorated and well maintained. The design made the space feel cozy and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant overall

Surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants, this hotel is not far from Chiang Mai One and Chiang Mai University. The breakfast is amazing, and the service is top-notch. The only downside is that it's located directly under the flight path, very close to the airport, so the takeoff noise can be a bit loud. However, there are hardly any flights after 11 PM, and the bedding is excellent, so my rest wasn't significantly disturbed. Overall, a great stay!

We have booked two rooms this time, one three-beds room, one double-bed room. Both are nice.

The room is decent and relatively new. Quite clean I’d say.

Location is very convenient, actually the best point of this hotel, we could walk to all things within 10mins.

We have put three beds together by moving aways the bed stands in between. Perfect for young kids to sleep together! Too bad i didnt take pics :)

Only thing not good is the noise of airplane since it’s nearby to airport. But i’d say this is the same for all the Nimman area… for me personally, I already don’t hear the plane flying over after a few days :)

Staffs are all nice and friendly. Area is safe to walk at night. What more do we need :) recommand!

I was very satisfied with this stay! I was a bit worried when I booked because the hotel was only rated three stars on Ctrip, but it turned out to be incredibly good value for money once I checked in.

1. What impressed me most about the hotel was their warm, smiling service and efficiency. I called the front desk for toiletries and slippers, and in less than a minute, a smiling front desk attendant was at my door with them.

2. For a hotel in this price range, the breakfast offered was very rich and delicious. While it certainly can't compare to a five-star hotel, it was more than good enough.

3. The room was clean and hygienic, the sheets and towels had no stains, and there were pillows of different softness and height, which was very comfortable. The hotel's sheep logo is very memorable; every time it's mentioned, my child says, "Oh, the hotel with the sheep!"

Amazing experience! Staff Bas, Nook and Klao were welcoming, special shout out to Bas who was friendly and kindly remembered my luggage.

I love the aesthetics of the hotel, and how conveniently it is located. The cafe downstairs is spacious, opens 24/7, and attracts students who study quietly. There is also a flea market selling thrift clothings and food just across the street.

Hotel room is spacious, clean, and very cute sheep designs. Very thoughtful hotel providing umbrellas for guests and I like their efforts towards sustainability. Will definitely be back.
