Great place! Piping must be old because bad smells come from the bathroom but in SEA this is common

Very nice hotel snd staff .the hotel is well kept mostly I’ve used grab to get around it’s in expensive and have never had To wait more tha 5 minutes.the hotel has a room with hot water 24/7 and a microwave so you can make coffee or heat something up . Which for a budget traveler is great very close to fresh cooked thai food gourmet coffee and delicious street food and plenty of of 7/11 I will stay here again and recommend to anyone I know coming to Chiangmai.

Everything was very nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful. He was very affordable. Location was very good within walking distance to many cafés, coffee, shops, and convenience stores. Room was basic and comfortable. Room included a balcony, but had no outdoor chairs for balcony. Lobby area was very comfortable to stay and relax after going around old city of Thailand. Housekeeping workers did a great job with daily cleaning of the room. Additional amenities would be welcomed and appreciate, such as, hair dryer for the room, an iron for pressing clothes, and especially a hot water kettle to make tea or coffee in the room.

I had a quiet stay and it was okay! It's pretty good for the price
Since the neighborhood is Santitham, there isn’t much to do nearby!
You can stay cheap and rent a scooter to go to Nimman or Old Town!
