+ I highly recommend this hotel! Calm surrounding, clean room, perfectly located in the city center.
- there is a gap under the door, so the mosquitoes easily fly in

The guesthouse is located in the center of Chiang Mai, but hidden in a small alley where is a little difficult to find. The staff are nice.

Strategic location as it's only a few steps away from Wat Chedi Luang. And with lots of F&B choices and a 7-11 nearby. The actual place may be a bit uncomfortable as it's in a tiny alley. However, it's quiet with a tiny courtyard, homely. The room is a bit old but all the amenities are sufficient. The hot shower can be a bit tricky though. I paid for a room with a window - but there's nothing to see as the neighbouring building with windows is 2 meters away; got to close the curtain all the time.

Good size room, clean and good location.
Room serviced if requested via door tag. Good shower with good pressure and in room fridge came in very handy as the temperature soured by the day. Great cafe next door for breakfast.
One annoying thing was guests leaving their shoes across the entrance causing a trip hazard despite being provided with a locker to put them in.

Well located, clean and staff mostly friendly. We stayed for 4 nights. Dropped a star literally for the bathroom. No hooks for towels etc and no mat or squidgy for getting rid of water. I honestly don't mind a wet room but as the floor isn't well angled it pooled rather than drained. Other than that perfect little place.

The room is very clean but the entrance quite difficult to find and no lights at night.. have to change the shoes first before come in hotel it's quite news for me hahaha
