The hotel's located near Nimmanhaemin Road so it's close to many eateries and touristy spots. But it's not so close that it's right smack in the middle of it like Eastin, so you'll be able to enjoy some peace and quiet.

My room was located in I'm guessing an extension block they built so it's not exactly in the main building of the property and it's a bit of a walk. They also shut off the lifts after a certain time so you gotta know exactly which lift to go to in order to get up to your floor.

Breakfast buffet is decent with JP and KR options. The executive lounge could use more power outlets to enable biz travellers to work better.

The hotel is dater ...in a nice way. The staff were wonderful ..always smiling and pleasant as well as helpful when asked for anything.

No 'western' TV Channels like SKY or BBC (French and German I know...but...)...or Channel News Asia....on in-room television. Couldn't find any English Football
Channels either.

Truly Heartwarming Service!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the service was amazing from start to finish. What really stood out was the kindness of the staff. When I returned from a tourist site and realized I didn’t have any cash to pay the bike driver, the lovely lady at the reception immediately offered to help and even paid the fare from her own money so I wouldn’t be stuck. It was a small amount, but such a thoughtful gesture that really showed how caring and genuine the staff are. Moments like this make a stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Loved it. Got a free room upgrade to an amazing apartment. Staff can't do enough to help you. Kept clean and tidy. Great facilities, lovely pool. Gym looked great but didn't get to use it. Breakfast gave a really wide selection of great food. Cracking location off the main street but easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Defo come back. We love Chiang Mai

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with very friendly and courteous staff who made me feel truly welcome. We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nut, and the reservations manager, Ms. Jah, for going out of their way to accommodate every request with such kindness and professionalism.

The facilities are excellent, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the location is perfect. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and hospitality at its best.
