They have a room to securely keep luggage (++++ For this) The breakfast had indian options (I think 2 items) but the taste was not Indian (Comparing them to the Indian food available at the Restaurant exactly opp to AIYARA GRAND

The Rooms were clean, but I feel it is high time the hotel should undergo renovation. The wooden flooring is chipping out and can be replaced or removed and replaced with Carpet

We checked-out before time as we had something planned, but the checkout time is mentioned at the reception, so do not delay else there is extra charge

Certainly cannot compare with taste in India). But I do not have much complaints, you can survive with lot of other options available in Breakfast

The **salt-water swimming pool is great** and really adds to the overall experience. The hotel itself is fabulous in every sense — the rooms are neat, housekeeping is efficient, and the ambience is peaceful and relaxing

I did not have to interact much at the reception except for CheckIn and CheckOut

In the pool, with the same amount of chlorine I can swim

The location and stay is really good.

Overall, it was a great experience and it exceeded my expectations

The hotel is beautiful inside the premises, but room is small. They refused to provide extra tea kit 😞, even plate and spoon, must be having some management decision

It truly feels like a proper 4-star property in terms of service, food, and cleanliness of pools (there are 4 pools!). Considering the standard they maintain, the deposit actually feels reasonable

The room that we had was very nice and clean. We stayed for 3 nights , the pool was perfect and private pool for the rooms in area villa area

Front desk service may require extra attention, as there could be inaccuracies when guests provide and sign personal information. The facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, are located on the fifth floor

I definitely think this hotel is over rated. They charge for an extra towel , mat towel. If you ask for an extra one they will ask you for 100฿ deposit for a keycard

I have been to many 5 stars hotels and never have to experience with an extra charge for a keycard or a towel

Good hotel big room check in process really smooth great breakfast but minus a point about parking it never enough my have to park roadside at the curb

There's a kids' playground and a pool, but the pool has a lot of stairs, so you need to be very careful as it's easy to get injured. I saw many children get hurt, including my own child who injured their foot

The rooms in this hotel are spacious, but the cleanliness inside the room isn't great. The towels felt really dirty and were quite grubby. The disposable toothbrushes were the shedding kind

The view of the city is amazing, the fridge is well stocked with various beverages. The pool is great with hot tub. They're was a pool party the first time I stayed. I hope things will go back to normal

The hotel is in good location. Many restaurants in the area. There is 7-11, in front of the alley. But the room is very old and not so clean. The swimming pools is big and well care.

Showers is strong and hot and bathroom has a built in seat which am grateful for after a day of walking. Bfast buffet is well stocked, 12 F has an onsen, well equipped gym and spa complete the experience

Bedside has new USB-C Plug in to charge device, tablet to control aircon and lights. King size bed is two semi-dbl parked tgt so its huge but not luxurious feeling

Hotel guests get discounts on hotel restaurants and massages. Location is great- Central Rama just across via underground MRT with lots of eateries with minimal queue

We asked for a quiet room and were given a refurbished room on 15F,  Facing back of hotel with calm views and a cute pond on 12F visible

Had a great stay in Avani for a business trip. Spacious clean rooms, comfy bed, excellent frontdesk service from everyone, and very cheerful room floor service

The room was great, and very clean. They even upgraded me to a newly renovated room on the 14th floor, which was a nice touch

Breakfast for C grade rice, scrambled eggs, ham, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, milk and cereal, tea and coffee. Fruits include watermelon and pineapple. The photo shows the view from the balcony

Room was okay however it smelled of toilet Oder. Some of the front desk staff were rude . They only served a breakfast buffet which was lacking in taste and was cold

The car was a new luxury Toyota, and the driver was friendly and drove responsibly. The price was also more affordable than what travel agencies elsewhere would have charged

Went up to the 7th floor of Icon Siam to absorb the fantastic view of the river in the evening BUT later find out that the hotel had an even better spot right on the river bank and a closer view of the passing cruise boats

The room was nice, and the service was good. However, this king-size room felt like it was converted from a twin room; the power outlet was in the middle of the bed, which was very inconvenient to use

Nice hotel, clean, however there is no soundproof and you can hear the neighbors talking or doing night activities. The breakfast also could be improved and alternative milk options added

We also liked the small but very clean swimming pool. For families with children, there is a separate building and a playground, which makes the stay comfortable for everyone. Overall, a very pleasant experience

We had a ground room at block 5 and it was were very clean and hygienic. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very rich with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is just a few steps from patong beach

A nice hotel very near to Lee Gardens Night Market. There is ample patking area for guests. Check-in and check-out process is simple and fast. The hotel is very good for large group as the lobby area is spacious

Overall a good experience. Relatively clean. Excellent location as it's near to the Lee Garden night Market, Kim Yong Market. There are also many eateries, convenient stores and pharmacies

Visited during right before Christmas time, all staff were wearing Christmas hats, giving a nice atmosphere, the room was clean, especially the gym was quite good for a hotel gym with plenty of different equipment.

Downstairs, there's a large night market and a supermarket, making it super convenient for food. However, since it's a local business area, most stalls start closing down after 9 PM

The room smell very musty and the floor carpet looks very old and dirty. The room also look very old. The only good thing is the hotel surrounded with many amenities

But with a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby, you won't have to worry about going hungry

Prime location with reasonable price, located just opposite convenience store, and close by with many restaurants, I’ve experienced with the restaurant the service was fantastic, but some of the prices it’s quite high

One of the bed mattress in our room is lobsided and it is sagged. I have to insert cushions underneath so that I won't sink when l sleep. This is the bed near the toilet in room 806

The basement sheltered car park to the lobby is only by stairs. The breakfast place is also only by stairs, or you can walk down the slope and enter from outside

It’s seamless for getting around and shopping. As for the environment, the rooms are spacious and bright. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, clean, and tidy

I didn't think much of it at the time, just found it odd since all the other hotels I've stayed at have a 12 PM check-out. I was too tired and just wanted to get to the room, so I didn't argue

That staff member couldn't really respond, only emphasizing that it was 12 PM! Another thing happened at breakfast the next day. I entered the restaurant, which was very large

But later, when I got back to the room, I checked my booking and it said 12 PM! When I went downstairs, I asked the front desk again what the actual check-out time was

She then radioed someone to check, and after a moment, her supervisor came over and told her which table was free. She then led me to that empty table

The hostess led me to a very empty section far from the food stations. I couldn't help but ask if there were no other tables available

A different staff member told me it was always 12 PM. I then asked why their colleague at check-in told me it was 11 AM

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat

One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend

Pool is on the 8th floor and the hotel has a gym as well. There is a free chocolate hour every evening, we didn’t use it but it seems it was enjoyable

The hotel also has a executive lounge which we had access too and serves drinks and snacks. The breakfast was elaborate with Indian, Asian, halal, continental options
