Breakfast at the restaurant was decent but very limited choices for a buffet. They offer towels to use the beach which have to be returned. They give out a ticket or token which can be used to get a towel

In the United States, this is a lower scale hotel. Here in Phuket the rooms are a little better than the United States. The service is amazing. The pools are amazing and it’s so close to the beach.

I stayed at the BW Phuket Ocean Resort for 2 weeks with my mother, and I was truly delighted with our experience. What really stood out to me was the incredible warmth of the staff

It's a nice hotel with a pleasant area, but keep in mind that it's located on a slope and has multiple levels, so you'll need to walk up and down stairs. The downside is the hotel's location, which is not very convenient

In addition, be aware that there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel !

Centrally located, only 5-minute walk to both the beachfront and the centre. Friendly staff, nice pools and quiet environment.

Bedside, wonder if the filtration system of the swimming pool is with problem, there are precipitates generated at the bottom of the pool. We opine the hotel has to look into the hygiene matter

Excellent. I was impressed with their service and the outlook of the hotel despite this hotel has been here for a few decades. Food was good and the bed was comfortable. We will be coming back next time.

They also have gym and swimming pools. This hotel is suitable for families with children and teens. It’s our fourth time to stay here. We definitely will be back soon

We love the body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner especially the body lotion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety western and eastern food. The restaurant can accommodate many people

There's some issues with the water heater during midnight and the hotel staff (Heng) upgraded the room for us with no additional cost and delivered a box of chocolate to our room. Very happy and pleasant stay here

The locations is very convenient. It just next to MBK shopping mall. It accessible to Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The room is spacious, clean and neat

However, these don't detract from the overall experience at all. I highly recommend it for honeymooning couples or friends traveling together – once you check in, you won't want to leave!

The only minor drawbacks are the numerous stairs on the hillside, which might not be ideal for older guests with mobility issues, and the air conditioning in some areas could be stronger

The rooms are spacious and clean with a scenic balcony, and some offer distant sea views. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathrooms are luxurious, with meticulous daily cleaning

Plus, you can catch stunning sunset sea views along the way. The hotel's spa and gym facilities are well-equipped; the Thai massage is incredibly stress-relieving

Although it's about a 10-minute walk with some uphill sections to Karon Beach, the hotel offers a regular shuttle service, making getting around super convenient

Very practical for solo and business travelers. The hotel is close to the MRT and convenient stores. The only downside is that you can hear people talking in the corridor or closing the doors pretty loudly.

This is located at very good location. You have metro station nearby only. Rooms are too good and cleaning is top notch. If you are veg person please don't book room with breakfast

That said, the network quality deserves praise. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the room was also equipped with a wired Ethernet port, providing reliable and consistent internet access

On the following day, the key card unexpectedly stopped working, forcing another visit to the front desk. Overall, the front desk service felt somewhat careless, and staff professionalism could be improved

The room size was acceptable; however, the bed was quite firm and not very comfortable. The in-room facilities felt somewhat outdated—functional, but clearly showing their age

Overall, the hotel offers decent basic facilities, but there is room for improvement in bedding comfort, facility upgrades, and front desk service efficiency

The welcome was very pleasant, and the parking area is large and convenient. We were traveling with a large van, and the security staff was very understanding and accommodating

I stayed at Royal Benja during my trip to Bangkok. The biggest advantage is the location — close to Nana BTS with plenty of cafes and shops around

The legendary staff I know personally over the years are all still there, which is an excellent sign of a great Hotel Also the view can't be matched

With two pools , a gym which still works it is a decent place to stay . The property is very well maintained and gives you happiness with good views , quality standards . I would recommend staying patong resort

Excellent hotel, great location, and beautiful interiors. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which led to a strong smell of paint and some noise

The rooms are elegantly decorated. The service was excellent, especially the hotel's garden restaurant, which was truly unique. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many incredibly fresh tropical fruits

The lobby was also being renovated, so we had to use a side entrance

But!! For the taste I am not sure these food will be nice for everyone. Then you can walk to eat something local at kingpower 3floor!

Cleanliness: After checking in, we quickly freshened up and went out for dinner. When we returned, we found a cockroach on the floor. It was disgusting! Good thing we hadn't unpacked our luggage yet

The hotel lobby's side exit faces King Power Duty Free, which has over ten restaurants on its third floor open until 10 PM. We had dinner there many times, so we didn't even need to order takeout

Exiting the duty-free shop's main entrance, there are three 7-Eleven stores and other eateries across the street, making daily shopping and dining very convenient

The breakfast is the most impressive, offering Chinese, Western, and Thai options, along with a small selection of Japanese dishes and fresh fruit

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's directly opposite Erawan Shrine and right next to the BTS station. Big C is next door, and CentralWorld is across the street, making it super convenient to get anywhere

The environment and location are very convenient. However, the room cleaning needs improvement. Although the facilities are a bit old, the attention to detail in cleaning should be enhanced

Loved it here! I also compared it to the Four Seasons, and while the Four Seasons' lobby has a more artistic feel, I think The Peninsula wins hands down in every other aspect, especially the pool.

The turndown service even thoughtfully provides a full bucket of ice – such a nice touch! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, though. The toilet doesn't have a bidet function, and the hairdryer is quite old

Location: This hotel is right on Karon Beach, it's clean and relatively quiet, giving it more of a resort feel. You can access the beach directly from the hotel's entrance

The hotel's own pool is also very clean; my mom had an absolute blast swimming there. Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The selection of dishes is quite extensive, enough to double as brunch

The front desk offers welcome drinks and the staff are very warm and friendly. They noticed my birthday on my passport during my stay and left a birthday cake and small candles in my room, which was incredibly thoughtful

Service: This was the most satisfying part. As soon as you get out of the car, the bellhop hands you a small card and takes your luggage directly to your room

My mom's traditional Chinese clothes were folded neatly, with the flag emblem facing upwards. These small details really showed how meticulous and excellent the service is. Highly recommend this hotel!

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .

The hotel connects directly to the Impact Arena via skywalk—incredibly convenient when attending events at the Impact Challenger Hall. No need to worry about transportation or timing

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani. The location is convenient for walking to event halls. Breakfasthas variety of selection

The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all

The hotel's location is very central; you can reach a market, massage parlor, cafe, and shopping mall on foot. Laundry service and daily room cleaning are provided. My room is big and view is perfect

However, the internet speed was terrible; even watching videos was constantly buffering

It is very convenient to get to two metro lines: the line to Suvarnabhumi Airport and the light green line. The rooms are large, with good-quality furniture. Everything is clean and well maintained
