Stayed here on a late night arrival. Would also be great for a layover. A bit tricky to find the overpass to get to the hotel, but eventually got it - just ask any airport staff. Very easy check-in once we arrived

The stay was great. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with local food on the menu. Check in/out, room, toiletries were all up to standard. The only complaint was the room does not have any USB charger.

Very close to the airport, no need to cross any roads as there's a dedicated walkway. It's just a few minutes' walk, which is super convenient. The hotel service is excellent

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 times . Since I have many luggage,the location is the best . Staff are helpful . Definitely will come back for the upcoming time.

The hotel staff, in particular Hathaiwan Eamsomang was extremely helpful in arranging storage of our 3 golf bags. The made our trip so much easier

Love that there’s a convenience store alright at the hotel. Cafe breakfast was better than buffet breakfast. Facilities was very great, huge gym and a large swimming pool that gives the perfect sunset view

The location is very central, and 7-Eleven provides a shuttle service. We also used the swimming pool and sauna, and everything was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable, and we were very satisfied

There are two buildings, A and B, with the pool and gym located in building A, which is convenient. I'd definitely come back again

you can have breakfast in the little cafe. good selection of a la cart breakfast. but the other option is a disaster. very bad selection and nearly all constantly empty. but overall stay was very good

The gym was particularly impressive – very large with a wide array of professional equipment, including a ping-pong table (sadly, my girlfriend beat me several times!)

To begin with, the hotel is right in the heart of Sukhumvit, conveniently located near both BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. It’s just a short walk to Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy for entertainment

I noticed a lot of Japanese tourists and non-Asian guests. The service staff's quality and the dining experience far surpassed my previous stay at the W Hotel

Checked in on 19/3, the room floor is abit sticky and dusty. We requested the cleaners to clean it, the next day the floor is clean. We tried all the 3 pools, kids love it so much

Fourth, The room feels like your home , even though the pool is open until 10 pm and the pool is fun for kids

A good hotel for the price, not ultra luxe. A bit away from the main hotspots which was quite nice. The pool access set up is fun. The breakfast was pretty good but not mind blowing.

This is a giant hotel with 25 level, with a nice pool, gym what was held open when we there. The breakfast was rich and high quality. The location not bad but need travel for the downtown of course

Old hotel with no bad odor, have a scent of vintage. Room very dark, quite, comfy bed. Hotel Chinese restaurant 10/10. Breakfast quite avearage taste but have a lot of line options

A problem with shower, too hot, too cold no middle. Bathtub not quite sure of how clean it is. Many tasty food around location

Cleaner managed to break my charger somehow and when I complained nothing got done about it - after manager said he’d deal with it next again day once spoken to maid Pool area was kept nice and clean

Great choice overall (provided you are aware that location is far from ideal); Only few options to get to anywhere around the city are: taxi/car hailing (most optimal); local public transport (buses): good luck with that and or private car

Coffee is amazing and the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff is superb! They give us free bottled water EVERYDAY! However, they cleaned our room without our permission but nothing was lost or stolen so kudos to their integrity

amazing hotel! please do not expect this as a 5-star hotel. The hotel feels like a 3 or 4-star hotel but with 5-star services. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of variety and daily choices are different

However, the next morning, the staff cleaned them thoroughly, so it wasn't an issue. What surprised me most was the excellent location and the fact that you could use the pool for this price!

cleaning and room maintenance staff lady somehow was very badly behaving inspite of giving her tips. Flamingo staff is extremely good. all daily need facilities are nearby. to sum up it is satisfying experience

This hotel was prebooked for participants attending an international event at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. To me it looked like a high end place with a view of the King River

Location was close to the BIDC that i went to. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. It rained so I did not use the pool but the area around the pool did look very spacious for relaxing.

Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs

They offer Chinese-speaking service, which makes it especially suitable for Chinese guests. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel lobby is grand and impressive! 👏👏👏

I've stayed here several times in a row now. The hotel breakfast is incredibly extensive, and it's centrally located in Ratchada, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants

As far as my occupation is in building design, this building and hotel management consider “safety first” I believe this hotel built a while ago ~10-20 years maybe but very well maintained and interior are clean

Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms

If we had requests/issues and called staff came within minutes. Sometimes their English is not perfect, so misunderstandings may occur, but remember YOU are the guest in their country… The breakfast buffet was AMAZING

This hotel is practically connected to Terminal 21, the famous shopping mall in Pattaya. You can walk out of the hotel and be at the mall's Gate 1 in about 30 seconds, which is incredibly convenient

The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning

It's also very close to the popular Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Road, just a 5-minute walk away. That's also where you hit the Pattaya beach

The breakfast was excellent, and the pool facilities were great, especially for children. Highly recommended; I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Tourists travelling with luggage can consider taking the elevator at the opposite end of Exit 2 (instead of the stairs on Exit 2 itself which is closest to the hotel)

We were left with a leaking kettle (which is kinda dangerous). The towel we placed below the kettle is dripping wet at the end of each day due to the leakage

This resort is the perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we will definitely be coming back again!

In front of the hotel, there's a beach on one side and a cliff on the other. The ocean here is completely different from Patong Beach; there are no islands blocking the view, so it's endless

I booked two rooms for my family from December 17–20 and had a very enjoyable stay

The pool area was a highlight, especially with the pool bar, great service, good drinks, and very reasonable prices. If you opt for breakfast, you won’t regret it
