The location and stay is really good.

the environment and ambience were good, but one shortfall was that toiletries were not provided. It’s best to bring your own, except for shampoo and shower gel.

This hotel turned out to be quite interesting. After booking, I went through the reviews and was almost sure I would lose my 3000 THB deposit. Many people had mentioned deductions, and I noticed that from November the deposit had increased from 1000 THB to 3000 THB. So when they actually asked for 3000 THB at check-in, it was a shock. I had already accepted that I might lose at least 1000 THB at checkout.

To be safe, I followed everything people had suggested in their reviews. I kept the room clean and made sure all towels and items were intact. Right after entering the room, I took photos and videos of everything. I noticed a few stains and immediately informed the guy at the reception. He was helpful and got it fixed right away. At checkout, I made sure every item was in its place, including towels, ashtray, hair dryer, kettle, and so on. The checkout process was very smooth, and they returned the full 3000 THB. All the stress I had from reading the reviews disappeared.

About the room and amenities, this is honestly one of the best rooms I found in Patong. It truly feels like a proper 4-star property in terms of service, food, and cleanliness of pools (there are 4 pools!) . I was genuinely impressed.

Considering the standard they maintain, the deposit actually feels reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and it exceeded my expectations.

1. The hotel is beautiful inside the premises, but room is small..
2. Also services are limited.. They refused to provide extra tea kit 😞, even plate and spoon, must be having some management decision.
3. Staff is also not fluent in English and not easy to communicate..

But overall not a bad experience...

Stayed for 2 nights location is good

The room that we had was very nice and clean. We stayed for 3 nights , the pool was perfect and private pool for the rooms in area villa area. My complaints was the internet didn't work until check out,the 3000 baht deposit and they had so many extra charges for item you think a hotel would have complementary. The ground were nice with beautiful flowering trees
