Nice hotel with excellent swimming pool and great breakfast

The hotel provided a phenomenal meal and the wait staff were very cordial and on top of everythin!!! Everyone had a fantastic time and had full bellies upon leaving for home! Thanks to Pastor Abbi and Pastor Daniel for a memorable evening

This hotel is not centrally located and does not have any shared public transport. But private transport is easy to organize around the city. Good food options everywhere

Absolutely perfect! It's so comfortable, the view is great, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's not far from Big C. A truly excellent place!

This hotel exceeded my expectations overall! The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful guidance from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities

A clean hotel located close to Samyan station. There is a variety of choices for breakfast. The room had everythin I needed. A 65" TV to stream my favorite series. There was a pool which I didn t use and a fitness room.

For our trip to Thailand, we booked two super deluxe rooms, which allowed everyone in our group to have their own space and privacy. The swimming pool was excellent, and my daughter absolutely loved it

Chulalongkorn University is nearby, and across the street, there's a mall with plenty of dining options, as well as a subway station – though I didn't use it, preferring to walk or take ride-shares

The bedding was soft and comfortable, significantly improving my sleep quality. The high-speed internet was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and entertainment needs

The value for money is exceptional, making it an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality and service!

The room was clean and spacious. Complete amenities provided. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave me a free upgrade. Location wise, hotel is near DMK airport and Impact Arena.

Came here for a show, and it was super easy to get to by taxi. It's also close to the subway, so getting to the city center was convenient. Definitely recommend! 😌

Indoor pool can do laps but the sauna is not free and it has to be paid per hour even regardless of the minutes used. Small private rooms are available for meetings. The hotel is known for conferences and big events

However, the lighting in the rooms is dim and could be improved. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The bed linens and towels are crisp white. The breakfasts are excellent, with a variety of dishes and fruits

The rooms are spacious and clean. Large parking and receiving area. The restaurant and cafe are just in the left corner as you enter the hotel. Staff are flexible and let me check in earlier the expected

Close to the Metro station and the concert venue. The only thing I did not like was the other client's unethical way of banging the room door which is very disturbing

We stayed in a renovated deluxe pool view room and it was stunning! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the facilities, food and staff are incredible!! Special shout out to one of the chefs, M and also Sarah

My partner and I stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas for the first time

He was kind enough to extend it just for a couple of minutes to enable me to quickly get my stuff out from the room. This shows that the staff at Novotel have empathy and are willing to go the distance for the customer

The room was great, and the front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. The hotel is right next to the subway station, literally downstairs, making the location incredibly convenient

This time, I stayed on the 11th floor and it had a serene view of the pool! I would definitely come back again ☺️

Not so long ago, the whole family came on vacation. The rooms are certainly not VIP, but in general it is suitable for basic needs for its price

Although I didn’t use them, there is a pool, a gym, and a sauna. I would like to stay here again

Spacious room with a view of the highway. Older hotel with everything still pretty good condition. There is a 24 hour supermarket just outside with a 24 hour restaurant

Tea and coffee is only supplied on the first night but the grocery shop on the ground floor has a large bag of satchels for a cheap price. Beautiful deep pool on the 8th floor as well as a gym is available

Good location. The building and room are quite dated. Cockroaches in the room. Hard mattresses. Microwave didn't work. The staff were helpful. The pool was nice, gym was very dated.

The rooms were originally full apartments so are very spacious. The owner bought 35 apartments in a large block and rents them out as a hotel business. The rest of the apartments in the building are owned by individuals

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location could not be much better if you want to be near the nightlife. I will be booking again and might make this my regular hotel whenever I am in Bangkok

Nice accomodation. Next time we will consider to stay there as well. There is a nice massage salon just in the first floor . Also there is a nice park nearby

Aside from lounging by the hotel pool, I wasn't sure what else to do. The restaurant was nice and the food was delicious. It's a good spot if you just want to relax, enjoy the sea view, and swim

Absolutely amazing, this is my second time staying here, the first being three years ago! Compared to other hotels on the same beach which are located up a hill and a bit further inland, it made no difference to us since we were driving

It took ages to get a hairdryer. I felt a bit discriminated against as a Chinese person. The environment was pretty good, but there weren't many activities

This place is very suitable for a family vacation. The staff are lovely, provide good service, and take care of every customer. Everyone is smiling and cheerful, especially the receptionist who gives a warm welcome

The beach directly at the hotel is not ideal for swimming, I recommend taking a taxi to Coconut beach - we did that twice and loved it. We also booked a day trip to Similan Islands which I highly recommend

The hotel is great and well designed and maintained There is a renovation going on in some areas which might be a bit uncomfortable but they are doing their best to accomodate guests through it There is no early check in

you will get in your room by 3:00 if it is busy. I asked for late checkout several times which was also hard to get due to occupancy. Restaurant staff, security guys at the entrance will go beyond the limit to help you

I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient

For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby

Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding

Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have been upgraded to a family room with bunk bed as the requested connecting rooms are not available when we arrived. All in all, our stay was very pleasant!

We booked the panwa lodge for the bridal party accommodation and it was beautiful. Others stayed in the 2 bed villas and standard rooms and no one had a single complaint (or if they did they didn’t tell me)

The food, drinks and views were absolutely amazing on the day. Big thank you to Aom, the venue coordinator, and her assistant for helping to make the day run so smoothly

We chose this resort because it combines luxury with that authentically Thai down-to-earth vibe. If you prefer western, modern and sleek it’s not for you but we loved the fact that it was rustic and charming

Booked the pool suit, and had a wonderful experience. Room was as shown in pictures and pool area was even better. All services are app based, and response time is pretty good

Stayed from 3 to 5 November 2025 Room type: Deluxe Pool Access Location: Island Escape by Burasari – Coconut Island We visited as part relaxation and part inspection trip since we run a travel agency, and honestly this resort exceeded our expectations

The Deluxe Pool Access villa was simply amazing. Two levels, direct access to the pool, strong air conditioning everywhere (6 AC units in total), large TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom

The infinity pool is beautiful with great views and nice drinks at the bar. There are restaurants and a lounge nearby outside the resort as well. The team was very responsive by email even before arrival

Night, was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He even gave us an easy way to contact him anytime we needed to go to the restaurant or infinity pool. Within 5 minutes he was always at our door

The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Pattaya. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good, with enough variety to start the day well

Even though it's a Holiday Inn Express, it's an international chain, so the standards are consistent and it exceeded my expectations

Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once)

I found ants on the counter each night I was there, so it must have been a long-term cleanliness issue. I was surprised because usually holiday inn express is pretty clean

We arrived quite early, so we stored our bags first and went for a massage at the hotel's spa. When we returned, a dedicated staff member helped us with check-in one-on-one and then drove us in a buggy to our building

The Flavors Restaurant offered a good variety of dishes. The noodle cart was our favorite indulgence every morning, though the egg station could improve (omelets and scrambles were very wet and no over-medium eggs)
