Few restaurants and massage places nearby, a couple 7/11 but a great hotel to stay at if you want to live outside the busy city, all tour/excursions you book online will pick you up from this hotel , will definitely come back

One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool. It was well-maintained and had a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation
Ramada is an excellent hotel as per our usual, back here many times, great breakfast, great service and the hotel with the help of Aung La from reception desk upgraded our rooms to premium rooms and provided late check out till 1pm which was very much appreciated

Right by the Chao Phraya River, the environment is quite nice. They offer a free shuttle boat, and breakfast is decent.

It's been 10 years since I last visited Bangkok. This hotel was recommended by a friend. You can take the Airport Rail Link directly to the hotel without any transfers, and it's fully covered so no worries about rain
The hotel has a great ambiance, and the breakfast restaurant is huge with tons of options. The executive lounge service is excellent. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to get anywhere

This stay was extremely satisfying. All the staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and polite. From check-in to being guided around the hotel, every detail of the service was handled very well
Plus, there are two pools, one on the 22nd and another on the 37th floor. It's definitely my first choice whenever I'm in Bangkok

The view is fantastic! The pool is right downstairs, and as soon as you open the window, you're looking at the Pattaya sea. We arrived by bus this time, and it's not far from the station; a Songthaew will get you there
Next to the hotel is the popular Rainbow Road, and Pattaya Beach is also just a few minutes away. The hotel also features a shallow pool with a water slide, perfect for kids to enjoy
The room is great, and the sea view room offers excellent value for money. The pool downstairs is perfect, making this the best choice for a vacation.
The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Terminal 21, just a two to three-minute walk away. The facilities are simple yet functional. Its biggest advantage is truly its superb location
Plus, Terminal 21 is right next door, which is super convenient. However, the food at Terminal 21 was just okay, not as good as what I'd seen on Xiaohongshu, but the value for money was decent
There are also plenty of 7-Elevens nearby, and it's incredibly close to the beach. The value for money is unbeatable; I'll definitely stay here again next time!
Great Hotel! No better hotel to stay at for a quarantine! We had a suite and another connecting room to stay as a family. One issue we had was the presence of mosquitoes even though we were on the 23 floor
The Sukosol Hotel was great. It is a very clean hotel and I found the service was amazing throughout my stay. I really enjoyed how well the staff took care of everything.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Airport Rail Link and BTS Phaya Thai station, making it super easy to get around
The soundproofing in the hotel was decent, and staying there over Christmas created a lovely festive atmosphere. The facilities were comprehensive, though the hairdryer was incredibly difficult to use
We had a really wonderful stay in Sukosol Hotel. The location is right outside Phaya Thai station, so very convenient if you are taking the ARL from airport to here
During our stay, we even received a complimentary one-day BTS SkyTrain pass valid for all of Bangkok

Stayed at Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall and convenient access to BTS and MRT stations
The pool area is nice and relaxing, a good place to unwind during the day. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional
Pool is a decent size and drinks can be purchased poolside. There are two breakfast areas in the hotel and I would recommend trying one of there fresh juices in the main lobby. Hope to see the staff again soon

Graceland resort and spa was amazing experience for my family. The staff are always friendly to us. The rooms are an excellent size. They always have activities for us and the kids to do. Theres always something fun to do

Graceland Phuket is a beautiful resort with lush greenery and well-kept gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The pools are spacious and inviting, perfect for both families and couples
Deluxe room was with basic amenities with garden facing and family pool access was great with a separate sit out area, Luxury room and bath room with direct access to pool from balcony
Hotel also houses a salon, spa, multiple pools, bowling area, kids play area (small though) and at few metres walk will lead you to the wonderful patong beach

A comfortable hotel, though the facilities aren't the newest. The service, however, is excellent, and any issues were resolved promptly. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around
The breakfast was special, with traditional Thai coffee and very delicious noodles. The room was clean, but the lighting was a bit too dim, which made it difficult for women to apply makeup
The bellboy and security staff provided excellent service. My husband has a leg injury and uses a wheelchair, and they were always very helpful whenever we entered or left the hotel
Stayed here again, and it's still super convenient in every way. The addition of Big C to the nearby shopping center makes it even better!

The hotel is next to PARC shopping centre near the highway to the airport and Pattaya and about 30 minutes to the city center. Clean rooms and friendly service.
Excellent location, sea water quality good, pool good, plenty of parking, sunbeds insufficient for number of tourists and the sauna/steam room does not work. The hotel itself is adequate and functional
Based on Google, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel with a rating of 4. I would be more inclined to say it's a 3. The lobby and views to the beach and pool were GORGEOUS
The pool and private beach access were really amazing and made up for some of the other areas that were lacking but I still wouldn't rate it higher than a 4 star
There are many 7-Eleven stores nearby. Within a 500-meter walk, you'll find plenty of small restaurants, pharmacies, and massage shops. This is a resort area, so you'll see foreigners everywhere, but not many locals
However, both hotels have balconies, and the rooms are separated from the balconies by glass sliding doors, so you can hear conversations from next door. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good
The hotel has a nice view, and the sea-view room was great, with good hygiene too. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was indeed noisy. Afterward, I stayed at The Sign Hotel next door
There was a bag of detergent provided in the room when we were there. Location was beyond excellent! Close to both the MRT and BTS, and has a private turnaround area for taxis/Grabs, so take your pick really

I heard the hotel breakfast is delicious, so definitely book a room with breakfast! We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and the Hainanese chicken rice was really good and suited Chinese tastes
This particular combination is kind of rare, actually, since the two systems don’t overlap a lot. We picked this location over Sukhumvit at Asok because it’s closer to all of the cultural sites
The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the BTS station, making it easy to get to various attractions
There's a night market and bar opposite the hotel, which gets lively in the evenings, and a 7-Eleven is very close by
We would recommend the hotel for its location and food, but strongly advise guests not to leave any valuables or coupons in the room unattended, as the staff response to such issues was quite unhelpful
Some of our belongings went missing from the room when it was cleaned in our absence. In addition, our beer coupons, which were part of the package, also went missing

The only minor thing is that parking near the entrance is quite limited, so you may need to park a little farther away, but the hotel provides a convenient golf cart service to take guests to the lobby, so it’s not really a problem

My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive
The environment here is pretty good, and there are a lot of swimming pools. I stayed for three nights, and on the first night, my room wasn't cleaned, even though I had requested housekeeping
Our one-bedroom suite was as pictured, but instead of facing the hotel pool, it looked out onto a rather unpleasant-smelling lake, which was a bit of a letdown. We didn't purchase breakfast, so I can't comment on it
Our daughter could swim from the room to the pool bar to get a soda, without it feeling like we were on display from our terrace. The only minus about the rooms are the lack of space to put clothes

Came to Pattaya to escape the cold and stayed at the Pullman. The surroundings are beautiful, and it has its own private beach – swimming was very enjoyable. Getting around was also convenient

Despite that, I still really like this hotel — the atmosphere, the location, and the overall experience remain very enjoyable
While it is not in the "center" of town, it is close enough to easily take the shuttle to Saphan Taksin sky train and travel cheaply anywhere in Bangkok
