Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort in Patong

The hotel is right by Patong Beach, and it has a pool that faces the beach directly. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also fantastic! The service is superb, with staff helping to carry luggage to the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It's located at the quieter end of Patong Beach, offering a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of a 7-Eleven. Facing west, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening as we headed out for dinner. One of the hotel's pools also faces the beach, making for a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing swim.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.

I initially planned to book a one-bedroom suite, but it was sold out across all platforms since I booked quite last minute. However, upon check-in, the receptionist really went the extra mile to accommodate my request and managed to get me the room I wanted. I didn’t manage to catch her name, but truly appreciate the effort.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed, pillows, bedding, and towels were all top quality. I’m quite picky when it comes to beds, so this says a lot. The bathroom was equally impressive with a bidet, strong water pressure, and consistent hot water.

As a Muslim traveler, halal food is always a concern for me. The hotel does serve pork, but I was informed that all chicken and beef are sourced from halal butchers and prepared according to halal guidelines. Of course, best to proceed based on your own comfort level.

On our first night, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Sears & Co. Bar and Grill, which had a buffet carving night at a very reasonable price. They served a variety of meats, chicken, salmon, and other dishes. Everything was delicious and it was a great way to start the stay.

Breakfast was also very satisfying. There were plenty of halal-friendly options, in fact more than the non-halal ones. The coffee was good too, which is always a plus.

The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. The hotel sits right across from Patong Beach. It’s not directly beachfront, but just a short walk across the road and you’re there. There are also plenty of halal food stalls right in front of the hotel, along with many eateries nearby.

Everything you need as a tourist is within walking distance. Pharmacies, spas, bike rentals, and even a 7-Eleven are all nearby, which makes the stay very convenient.

The pool area is large and relaxing. There are no slides, so it may not be ideal for kids who are looking for that kind of water play, but for a chill resort vibe, it’s perfect. There’s also another pool area that faces the lively Patong street, which gives a nice mix of relaxation and atmosphere.

Overall, the resort really lives up to its 5-star standard. From the service to the facilities and location, everything was well done.

The infinity pool by the sea offers amazing views, especially at sunset – it's perfect for photos! Patong Beach is right outside, with all sorts of water activities. The room comes with a card to exchange towels downstairs, which is very convenient. There's also a foot-washing station at the entrance, so you can rinse off after a day at the beach. Highly recommended if you want to stay near Building 8!

The room size was just right, and the bedding was comfortable. The water pressure was great, and the water quality was good too. The location right in front of Patong Beach was super convenient and comfortable. The only issue was the poor soundproofing. However, the ribeye steak at the hotel's restaurant, Sea&Co, was delicious! So, so good! Highly recommend it!
