Hotel has a nice view of the sea and sunset. Seems like building and it’s amenities are pretty old but room service is good though. There was a roach in the room and they changed our room to upper level which was better than the previous one. If you want to spend some time to just relax, then this hotel is fine.

I've always loved this hotel. It's super convenient to get to from Suvarnabhumi Airport – just take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai station and cross the skywalk. The front desk staff were very helpful and proactive, even assisting me with breaking a large bill as they only had larger denominations. Far away from 5 stars resort, solid 3 stars hotel. Very old, outdated. Old small room instead of kids club, most of the activities of the kids are with an extra fee. No private beach, no sunbeds on the beach. All the sunbeds next to the pool are taken since early morning, no enough space for these much people.

The hotel has its own beach, though all the hotels here share a connected beach area. After observing, I found that Pullman's section was the best maintained. If you're willing to walk along the beach, you can find cheap massage services, if you don't mind the surroundings.
