Excellent service! Almost every suite comes with a private pool, and they even prepared a turndown service for my birthday.

Hôtel is tired upholstery is stained in lobby and other areas. our room was tired grout needing replaced - some tiles on the floor chipped and generally needing updated. Staff tried their hardest but was obviously understaffed. Cars took 30 minutes to take us from the room to reception. This was made even worse that they didn’t allow taxis to take us directly to the rooms.

Everything is just perfect, The only down thing is that sometimes you need to wait for some time for the bus to take you to the room.

Great service and very helpful staff. The drainage system needs some work as rainshower volume will flood the entire bathroom. Ibis is far from any shops or restaurants but the beach nearby is better than the beach in town which you can't really swim in because of all the rocks. It's a winner if you are coming for a swim at the beach although tbh the beaches in Hua Hin aren't great. Better than Pattaya. lol. As for the rooms they are good. Rules a bit strict regarding the balcony considering the current laws in Thailand.

They only let you borrow one beach towel a day. You can’t take two, and if your towel gets wet, you can’t exchange it. The location is quite good, and the hotel is new with a pretty nice design, offering great value for money. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. The hotel is located in very central area. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated. If you would like to explore the real Pattaya vibe, busy beach, pubs, bars, this is a good hotel for you. But if you prefer quite and family-oriented hotel, try to avoid Pattaya city center area.

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. We were having the greatest time. We even got engaged here. :-) The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Breakfast has everything you need (and more) at top quality. The rooms (we had a standard room with ocean view, Room #2209) are comfortable and of good standard. Our cleaning lady, Ann, did a great job as well. Thank you for everything. We will come back.

The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning. The breakfast is good but unfortunately they do not have soy milk and even if I requested they did not provide me soy milk which I guess is a normal and common request for who cannot drink cow milk. That was a little disappointing. What was nice it has been the service...
