Overall good but we booked a king size bed and they have us two singles with a gap in between, which meant we had to sleep separately and they wouldn’t change the room, really bad.

Repeat stay as this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in the city on business. It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport.

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort. The hotel location is in the middle of central Phuket, but I don’t recomend for families with kids. It is an old hotel, you need to get a renovated room to be comfortable. And some areas do get very noisy. I had no issues with the staff.

The hotel is located at less busy street which is more peaceful and yet the BTS station is just right in front to make it easier to travel around.

The hotel has been open for many years, the facilities are old, the room has a smell, and it is generally a three-star hotel. The bathing facilities are not very sensitive, and the service is basically not too demanding. It is suitable for low-standard business trips.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. Nice big and clean pools. I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Pattaya. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good, with enough variety to start the day well. One of the best highlights is the unlimited free coffee, which is a great bonus for coffee lovers. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Even though it's a Holiday Inn Express, it's an international chain, so the standards are consistent and it exceeded my expectations. The location is great, and the front desk staff were really friendly, helping me register for Wi-Fi. All the staff I encountered were welcoming with a smile.

This hotel in Pattaya offers excellent value for money, and the rooms are quite nice. However, a couple of things weren't ideal. The hairdryer was quite weak, and I also found a gecko in my room. I caught it and called the front desk, and a staff member came to take it away. Other than those minor issues, everything else was good.

The location is pretty good. While not on the main line, it's on a songthaew branch route, so getting around is quite convenient. It's a shame they didn't have a king-sized bed; the front desk gave us two twin beds, which weren't very comfortable as they were too small.
