Great location, but the downside is it's mostly Indian guests around.

This is one of the best hotel for Indians. Walking distance from pattaya walking street. There are a lot of indian restaurants nearby. Travel booking,7/11 all required shops are near. Indian breakfast is provided. Helpful staff

There was a very enthusiastic lady at the entrance who gave us excellent recommendations for our trip to Pattaya. She even helped us arrange transportation for the next day, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel also has direct access to the BTS Skytrain station from the third floor, which is incredibly convenient.

Repeat stay as this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in the city on business. It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport.

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort. The hotel location is in the middle of central Phuket, but I don’t recomend for families with kids. It is an old hotel, you need to get a renovated room to be comfortable. And some areas do get very noisy. I had no issues with the staff.
