The room that we had was very nice and clean. We stayed for 3 nights , the pool was perfect and private pool for the rooms in area villa area. The rooms in this hotel are spacious, but the cleanliness inside the room isn't great. The towels felt really dirty and were quite grubby. The disposable toothbrushes were the shedding kind. There's a kids' playground and a pool, but the pool has a lot of stairs, so you need to be very careful as it's easy to get injured. I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. The location isn't particularly great either. If the price is high, I wouldn't really recommend it. The bathtub is old and unusable, and the dampness is quite noticeable.

I booked a Luxury Skyroom, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was downgraded to a Luxury Room without any explanation. The 14th floor, being a lower level, was incredibly noisy. The roar of motorcycles made it impossible to sleep, and the windows offered virtually no sound insulation.

Very old hotel & everything run down

Visited during right before Christmas time, all staff were wearing Christmas hats, giving a nice atmosphere, the room was clean, especially the gym was quite good for a hotel gym with plenty of different equipment.

The environment is great. Downstairs, there's a large night market and a supermarket, making it super convenient for food. However, since it's a local business area, most stalls start closing down after 9 PM. But with a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby, you won't have to worry about going hungry.

The basement sheltered car park to the lobby is only by stairs. The breakfast place is also only by stairs, or you can walk down the slope and enter from outside. I've been to Bangkok many times and stayed in quite a few hotels, and this one has to be the best value for money in the mid-to-high range.
