Bangkok, 47 Sukhumvit 15, Klongtoey Nua 🧭 Map
9/10. Very good location. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.
Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly
Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.
One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend
The stay was wonderful, with excellent connectivity to the Metro and Subway. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We felt very relaxed. Boy hosted us most days, providing consistent helpful assistance—from planning our activities to ensuring we stayed on schedule. We will definitely return.

The room facilities were decent, but it was right by the road, so it was really noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. The beach wasn't too far though.
In the United States, this is a lower scale hotel. Here in Phuket the rooms are a little better than the United States. The service is amazing. The pools are amazing and it’s so close to the beach.
It's a nice hotel with a pleasant area, but keep in mind that it's located on a slope and has multiple levels, so you'll need to walk up and down stairs. The downside is the hotel's location, which is not very convenient. On the other side of Karon Beach, there are more interesting places, and this side is more peaceful. If you're looking for more entertainment, consider choosing the further side of...
I could understand that I booked two single beds room but the hotel gave us a king room without any sea view. I can accept that our room was full of ants and the bathroom's sewer was clogged. But I can't stand that it exists a big mouse in our room and it jumped into my sister's luggage!!!
I was informed of this issue when my family went to the airport. I hope the hotel manager could email or contact...
Very good experience with the property. Beautifully managed and has many swimming pools!

Excellent. I was impressed with their service and the outlook of the hotel despite this hotel has been here for a few decades.
Food was good and the bed was comfortable. We will be coming back next time.
Great experience. There's some issues with the water heater during midnight and the hotel staff (Heng) upgraded the room for us with no additional cost and delivered a box of chocolate to our room. Appreciated his good service.
Very happy and pleasant stay here. Wonderful location, easy access to so many shopping malls.
Conveniently located next to MBK and near to national stadium bts. Room is big and spacious. Bed and pillow are comfortable.
The locations is very convenient. It just next to MBK shopping mall. It accessible to Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The room is spacious, clean and neat. We love the body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner especially the body lotion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety western and eastern food. The restaurant can accommodate many people. They also have gym and swimming...
My last stay with them is before Covid, everything was prefect, in fact is my choice whenever going to Bangkok. However, this time round, it’s become one of the most disappointing experience for a 5 stars hotel, almost all staff except the staffs during morning breakfast has service, the rest will treat u like transparent..

Mandarin Oriental Phuket is truly a hidden gem near Karon Beach! Tucked away in a tropical hillside garden, it boasts lush greenery and a fantastic ambiance. There are five or six pools scattered throughout, and stepping out of a poolside room brings you right to the shimmering water. Enjoying a cocktail at the floating bar is incredibly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean with a scenic balcony...
Extremely satisfied! The resort's environment and rooms are beautiful. The staff were very friendly towards Chinese guests. I regret not staying a few more days. Plus, the hotel has its own water purifier, so the water quality is quite good.
The room was very clean, but the bedsheets had some stains and weren't washed thoroughly. The staff were very polite, proactively helped with luggage, and their smiling service was excellent.
**Environment:** The environment was amazing, truly great, and the hotel is huge!
Breakfast wasn't fantastic, but it was enough to fill you up.
Absolutely beautiful! The sunset restaurant at the hotel has amazing views and the food is really good, plus it's not too expensive. Even in the middle of the night, if you order takeout, the staff will deliver it right to your door. The service attitude is excellent, with smiles all around. Just a heads up, make sure you remember how to get back to your room, or you'll end up getting lost like we...
We had a fantastic stay at Mandarava Resort in Phuket. The hotel definitely feels more luxurious and is set beautifully on the side of a hill, which gives you some brilliant views across the area. Because of the hillside setting there are quite a few steep roads and plenty of stairs around the resort, but that’s also part of what gives it its character.
One of the highlights was the choice of pools...
Everything was great, except for a minor leak from the bathtub. I'd definitely come back again.

This is located at very good location. You have metro station nearby only. Rooms are too good and cleaning is top notch.
Cons:
1. If you are veg person please don't book room with breakfast. Coz there are no Veg options in breakfast.
2. Also they take 2000 Baht as a security deposit which is unusual compare to other hotels.
This is a long-established business hotel with a high-ceiling lobby and a classic central elevator design. The Christmas decorations were well done and created a pleasant festive atmosphere, making the lobby visually impressive and suitable for photos. Public areas are spacious and comfortable.

The location is very excellent for transportation i.e. MRT, Taxi and own vehicles. The rooms and facilities are in good condition. Once, a long time ago—over 20 years—I held my wedding reception here. It was in the circular, medium-sized buffet room, with about 20 tables. We also stayed overnight, and everything went smoothly. I remember that when we woke up, we went to make merit at a temple. My distinct memory is of the beautiful elevator doors on the ground floor. After the wedding, I had the opportunity to come back 2-3 more...
Staffs and services from the hotel is ok. Hotel rooms are a bit run down and mouldy. It seems like the housekeeping service is going down.. we can even find cockroaches running around in the room all day in the room on the floor , on the bed & even on the headboard of the bed 🤨🤨.. a bit upset and disappointing. I stayed at Royal Benja during my trip to Bangkok. The biggest advantage is the location — close to Nana BTS with plenty of cafes and shops around. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel definitely feels dated and the furniture and bathroom could use an update. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Overall, a good value choice if you want to stay central and don’t expect luxury
It was a great stay with prime location .Vegetarian food options are less.
To be consistently improving is almost unheard of in the hotel industry, Royal Benja 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 gets better everytime I visit it. The legendary staff I know personally over the years are all still there, which is an excellent sign of a great Hotel
Also the view can't be matched
The hotel is super clean, located in a well known area of the city and near the city BTS and metro.
The staff is amazing and very welcoming
Hotel location is great. Located in a South Asian community environment. Not recommended for families with children. Excellent hotel, great location, and beautiful interiors. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which led to a strong smell of paint and some noise. The lobby was also being renovated, so we had to use a side entrance.
Great people especially a guy named Nueng(no 1) like his name, he was the best hotelier in my life
Great facilities, confidence and cozy room
Everything was perfect except for m
The hotel is very central, convenient for travel to anywhere in Bangkok as it is about 150m from a BTS station. After the renovation it is quite new in the room. Food is excellent.
I am very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the carpet was dirty. The lobby area was also poorly maintained and did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards.
Additionally, it was impossible to sleep until around 11:30 PM due to loud live music every night in the open restaurant area on the first floor. The noise level was unacceptable and significantly affected my comfort...
The rooms are elegantly decorated. The service was excellent, especially the hotel's garden restaurant, which was truly unique. The breakfast selection was extensive, with many incredibly fresh tropical fruits. Definitely worth recommending.
The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get around. The ambiance is unique, with a rainforest theme.
However, it seems the hotel might be a bit old. While the facilities are well-maintained, they are dated, with almost no smart devices. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and the curtains and toilet are all manual. For nearly two thousand [currency], I think there's room for improvement

This is a decent place to stay for the price-point it is at, and the proximity to the airport is a plus. The neighborhood has decent dining options, as well. As for the room we got, it did look a bit dated, and the carpet wasn’t particularly clean; it would have been preferable to have a wood-panel floor. As for the bathroom, the sink design is odd, as it is difficult to turn off (one has to position...
Two beds or twin beds I ordered but their twin beds was very funny. Not real twin beds. How should I describe the situation.
The rooms are ok and spacious..but the toilets need some refurbishment
The hotel has an excellent location. It looks very posh from the outside.
The rooms inside are quite simple but clean. They feature balconies. The air conditioning works well. The bed is firm, but within reasonable limits. The staff is friendly.
A gecko in the room was quite strange for such a pretentious hotel.
The room was not really quiet, all night i can hear the next room talk very clear like we live in a same room
Close to Nimman, this hotel offers decent value for money and is clean and tidy. However, parking is a real headache if you're staying in the Old City. My advice? Rent a scooter. Once you've parked your car for the night, don't even think about moving it.

Cleanliness: After checking in, we quickly freshened up and went out for dinner. When we returned, we found a cockroach on the floor. It was disgusting! Good thing we hadn't unpacked our luggage yet.

The room was clean and spacious enough, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The front desk staff spoke Chinese during check-in, and it was great that we could pay the deposit in RMB cash. The hotel lobby's side exit faces King Power Duty Free, which has over ten restaurants on its third floor open until 10 PM. We had dinner there many times, so we didn't even need to order takeout. Exiting the...
This is an older five-star hotel, and it shows a bit; you can see the floorboards are worn and discolored. However, it's well-maintained and polished to a shine. The breakfast was good. I booked it specifically for the convenience of shopping at King Power, but the front desk said they had run out of discount coupons and hadn't restocked. I ended up getting coupons online myself. Honestly, the mall...
The room is indeed very spacious, and the location is convenient with two 7-Elevens right outside. The breakfast is the most impressive, offering Chinese, Western, and Thai options, along with a small selection of Japanese dishes and fresh fruit. The only minor drawback was the New Year's pool party, which was a bit underwhelming and felt a bit like a forced consumption event.
Linked to King Power Duty Free mall but take note of opening hours 10am onwards, if not will need to walk the exterior of the mall to hotel extra 5 mins walk
About 7 minutes walk to BTS Victory Monument
One stop away from Airport Railway Link Phaya Thai
Lobby looks posh but rooms were pretty dim and dark, would prefer if the entrance of the room hallway had brighter lights
Housekeeping done daily...

Breakfast was generous and tasty. Would not think twice staying here again...
The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast area was pretty chilled and the staffs were helpful.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's directly opposite Erawan Shrine and right next to the BTS station. Big C is next door, and CentralWorld is across the street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Breakfast was standard, and the room felt a bit dated, but the service was really good. They even have smoking rooms. There's a 7-Eleven right outside to the right.
The environment and location are very convenient. However, the room cleaning needs improvement. Although the facilities are a bit old, the attention to detail in cleaning should be enhanced. The limescale on the sink faucet should be removed; citric acid would do the trick.
The hotel service was excellent; every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly. We were traveling with a child, and they even provided a free extra bed. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the BTS Chit Lom station. It's great for shopping, with LV across the street and the Erawan Shrine very close by. Siam Paragon and Central World are also within walking distance.
The hotel isn't new, but it's very clean, and my room on the 3rd floor had a window. It was super quiet, which was perfect for a light sleeper like me. The service was really warm and welcoming, and the location is fantastic – just a 5-minute boat ride to ICONSIAM. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's perfect for anyone who appreciates old-money charm.
This hotel has that old-money, classic charm. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is great too. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, though the shower water was a bit too hot for my liking.
This was my second stay at the Peninsula Bangkok. While the room facilities felt a bit dated, the service was as warm and friendly as ever, and the breakfast quality was excellent. It's only a five-minute walk to Iconsiam, but getting to other parts of the city was quite congested, making it not very convenient.
Loved it here! I also compared it to the Four Seasons, and while the Four Seasons' lobby has a more artistic feel, I think The Peninsula wins hands down in every other aspect, especially the pool.
Exceeded expectations! The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, next to ICONSIAM, and has its own shuttle boat to nearby piers. Although the decor is a bit older, everything is well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is incredibly attentive; they tidied the room and refilled ice and fruit regularly. Excellent! It's a cozy little cottage right on the beach. There are convenience stores, massage places, and great food options to both the left and right. It's so much better than the other Sis hotel I booked. The comparison really highlights how good this place is, no lie!
The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the overall environment and facilities are good. The breakfast is also very rich. However, the water quality was a bit poor; I had an allergic reaction after showering, so it wasn't as good an experience as the first hotel.
