Even my stay was short I enjoyed the room and the location of the resort Facilities all look nice and service staff smiling and available to help. The hotel is great, with an excellent location. There are also beach performances in the evenings. The service is good, and it's very close to the night market. It does stay lively and a bit noisy until after midnight, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

Wonderful location! Staff was friendly and the beach area is superb, just one thing, they put on music around the pool area whole day, if you are up for tranquility, this might not be your choice, but if we are perfectly fine with it!

This hotel choice was truly excellent! I booked two nights, one in a sea-view room and the other in a sea-view villa 🏠. I have to say, the rooms were actually better in person than in the hotel's promotional photos, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍🏼 The breakfast was good too, mostly à la carte, but the real highlight was the incredible view, which truly impressed me ✌️.

The view was absolutely stunning! We stayed in ocean view pool villa #28, and the mini-bar was generously stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. We ate all three meals at the hotel, and the prices were reasonable, plus the restaurant had a beautiful view. In the afternoon, there was also free afternoon tea by the public pool.

I heard online that the W Koh Samui is the worst, and I certainly experienced it firsthand. The facilities are outdated, and the front desk staff were just okay. When issues arose, they'd just make excuses, and even the managers couldn't resolve problems. You can really feel the internal management chaos. I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall, it was pretty good, especially since it shares the same beach as the W. You can even walk right over from the beach. The only downside is that the ocean-view rooms barely offer a glimpse of the sea, which makes them not really worth the extra cost.

We had a great time at this hotel, quiet, away from noisy markets and pubs, the room was lovely and big. The hotel is beautiful but remote. The beach wasn't particularly noteworthy, but it was still beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very friendly. There was a 50-inch TV, but no channels. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Nicki Beach. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV had Netflix and other international programs. This was my first time staying in a villa hotel with a private pool. Honestly, for a hotel of this caliber, there's no real need for a villa, especially since the hotel's main pool is also quite good. Over 3,000 a night is definitely too expensive. The biggest flaw with Koh Samui, in general, is that both the beaches and the sea are pretty mediocre.

As first time visitors to Thailand we couldn't have been more impressed with our choice of staying in the Santiburi resort on Koh Samui. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble with reguard to our needs on a daily basis. We stayed in one of the Pool Villa, which was just perfect with easy access to the main pool and and beach. We enjoyed a varied breakfast...

The forest! The area is incredibly beautiful! Good breakfast. Very beautiful beach, covered in palm trees. Recommended! Yes, a very good Thai restaurant.

Amazing villas. Right on the beach but a nice distance away from the parties. Staff are great and organise anything you need. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Wonderful place to stay. All staff were very hospitable and helpful. Pool and beach area were very clean. Room was wonderful. We stayed in a private pool access room and it was worth the extra money.

Great place for relaxation holiday. Close to Chaweng beach and township. Staff very friendly ans accommodation fantastic.
