I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel area is very nice and convenient, and the rooms are always great and clean. The service was excellent: towels were changed daily, the bed linen was changed three times over the 10 days, and bathroom amenities were restocked every day. Overall, I really enjoyed everything; the stay was great and comfortable.
The only thing that deeply concerned me and spoiled my impression was the disappearance of my earrings, which I had left on the bedside table. I reported this to the reception desk, and they replied that they would ask the maid. The maid naturally denied taking them, and I was advised to check my belongings. I know for sure that I left them there. Even though the earrings were not made of gold, they were very valuable to me. It is a great shame that such an incident occurred and overshadowed what was otherwise a comfortable stay.
If it wasn't for this situation, I would have given the hotel five stars.

I had a wonderful stay at Aim House in Phuket. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, always making me feel welcome. Housekeeping was done daily, with great attention to detail. Each day, they provided complimentary bottled water, shampoo, and even ear cleaners, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect — close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore Phuket. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Aim House to anyone visiting Phuket.

The stay was very comfortable and very close to all the attractions. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They even provided us with multiplugs since the plug bases did not support our plug types. They clean the room every day and we had no worry to leave our valuables even.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel room was not big and had a balcony. It was very clean and the hotel was in a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the Banzan Seafood Market.

Noisy rooms, low level guests going back and forth all night opening and closing noisy doors. Smaller room than agreed. The hotel is located on a chaotic street. The staff however were friendly.
